Maybe you can try to clear what you can in the morning and take the afternoon off to REST. Don't go to the Isetan sale because the ventilation isn't so good with so many people and the air con is not that strong as such.

wow the crowd at Isetan was overwhelming. I only got a few items here and there.. Only 1 sale item from Isetan and 2 items from KittyLove. The queue is really very long.
