hv lor, my feets are swollen since i am in 6th mth...Only recently gynae gave me hospital leave to rest at home, then only the swell disappear...mayb u shd ask ur gynae gave u afew days mc to rest at home lor, really works..cos at home, i try to stretch my leg and use something to lift them up, it really helps....if not swollen bery painful leh...

You having water retention?If yes, that is common in pregnancy. You just have to cut down on your sugar and salt intake.Put your feet high on a bolster while sleeping. This really helps? Do you have cramps on your legs too?If yes, just tilt your feet(toes) towards you it really helps without waking your hubby up..

Yes yes, its water retention loh. But dun worry lah, ur feet would return to shape once u've given birth one. When i was having my elder gal, my feet oso very swollen de. Every nite cant sleep well too, keep tossing left &amp; right loh. Den after im asleep, my hubby would put his bolster under my feet &amp; lift up my feet loh. I would feel better one loh. Sometime nt enuff, even hav to use 2 bolsters men.

Maybe true ley coz yty i went to visit my frd who has just given birth.
My! Her feet are so big.. worse than me!
She also had a gal.

most will hv water retention one mth before tehy give birth wor...But those expecting gers will get more puffy and bad water retention lor...Seems like my face also bloated, nose bigger, abit red, fingers also swell etc...hope everything will go bk to normal soon..kee..

I hope i can wear bk my shoes too cos heard fmr most of my frenz their shoe size increase by 1 after they deliver..scary...hee

Yes, i gave birth to them naturally. My 2nd gal i nv use epidural at all, coz' my 1st gal i took epidural, it was a disaster.

Glad that my gynae advised me nt to for my 2nd gal. Hee... had reali easy birth loh.

I had water retention for my DS too. So I think its not true. They say if you are expecting boys,boys will make you look uglier.In terms of looks you look very different as compared to expecting gals. Not sure if its true.

As far as I can recall, I only had cramps for 2 times for my whole pregnancy.I dont need to wake my hubby, cos by the time I wake him.. OMG it will be "ti geng liao" in hokkien. kekekek

Always remember to stretch your feet towards your direction when you get cramps it will go off almost immediately.Or if you get cramps on your right feet you stretch our your left hand and vice versa. THis I heard from someone, havent tried it out at all. maybe you can try and let me know..

No use for me leh...it was a built in one when i bought the hse. Sometimes, din use it for many mths. Tat time spoilt bcause i never use it often so now sometimes just switch on the electric to warm it up. Too bad, i know nuts abt baking too...me gone case lah.

How to massage ah...issit anyhow press press can aredi or got any point to press?

The moment i got in hospital, I told my doc to jab me liao.
Cannot do it without epi ah.. I NO threshold for pain one.

My 1st birth was at KKH. Although i took epidural, i can still feel the pain. Almost wana pull out the tubes, i kept screaming i dun wana give birth liao lah!! Luckily my hubby was beside me loh. He's even beta than the KKH midwives. He stood in front of me, kept telling me when to push, told me he saw bb's hair liao, den tell me ok push.. etc. Hee...
BB came out after 3 hrs loh.
2nd birth i nv take epidural. Although painful, but i know when to push when i got the feel loh. My bb came out after 45 mins. Lucky men!
