I trial &amp; error for the jelly. I used agar agar powder, water &amp; heinz fruit juice. Maybe I used too little juice so the agar agar is bland. still trying out the amt of juice &amp; water needed.

Recipe as follow
half pack of agar agar powder
1 small bottle of heinz fruit juice (I used apple &amp; blackcurrent)
abt 200ml of water
fruits of ur choice

I add the agar agar powder to water, switch on fire to boil the mixture. stir at the same time. when the agar agar powder is dissolved i add 1 bottle of fruit juice. stir to mix well. remove from heat when the mixture is boiled. U can pour to small cups or jelly moulds. I added cut grapes. The jelly taste better with fruits added.

I find the amt of liquid i added might be too little cos i find the jelly a bit hard. 500ml of liquid shld be better. I read tt gelatin powder gives better texture than agar agar powder. But I've yet to try out gelatin powder
