How long have you been there with your exisiting co?Its always like that la..I mean new job new environment, new boss.. it all take quite a while to get use to it. So why not change a new environment if you are really unhappy its not healthy to drag longer.Just like msblur..say change job ms change job..she is so marketable lei..can find job so quickly..
