i'm going holiday, so when back will be 2ww..i do not use OPK this month but i guess i am ovulating yesterday as a lot of ewcm

Hi all, I been to dr lim's clinic today. Still see no water bag or sac. Doctor is monitoring closely on me. He has few suspect on why the water bag is not being seen yet.so blood test and injection for an tai was given. Now on mc for 3 days, bed rest.
Bd patter is man on top, egg size on cd16'is 18mm, 22mm, 24mm. Lining size did not ask. I feel so scared that this will be miscarriage ore topic pregnancy. Dr lim did a v scan on me, the most reason he suspect that it would be still early to detect. He is really caring and he did every possible solution to detect the reason, just in case. No one at home to look after me, so I do own home cooking for nutritious meal.

yes, still trying naturally till next month! keep on delay to visit Dr.Lim, my workplace so far and kind of busy at work also..sigh! all kind of excuses.

Dr Lim recommend Plan A with my DH take a cooling measure. But i like no confident to my DH sperm motility coz he sperm at motility sluggish level. move slowly. So, i prefer Plan B. Dr Lim also say if i want choose Plan B depend of our decision.
After discussion with hubby, we decide choose Plan B.

The plan A has 20% of successful rate. Plan b has 25 % of successful rate. Last time I also thinking to try plan b. but then, there is only 5% extra and u got to pay extra $1000. If you think u can afford, you can try. So we try plan A, then if failed only priced to plan B. luckily strike at plan a, no matter which plan u try, cooling measure contributes 90% of the motility improvement.

Yes, i know. that also we consider the different of price. But at least the chance is high coz sperm no need swim far to ovum if do IUI.
Dr Lim suggest my DH go to swimming but my DH no like swimming. he don't like exercise. Plus he working place wear jean. Tmrw will ask he company HR whether can wear other material pants.

Share with you my DH taken measures,
1) no warm shower, only cold shower and let scrotum under cold tap water.
2) loose pants, wear boxer, no under wears.
3) take supplements
4)go sitting in the swimming pool
5) no bikes, he used to exercise using exercise bike, but now he uses the cross trainer at home
6) must ensure he only has cold shower.
He is very determined type, so he stick to all the measurements. Must rest well too.

mm...my DH body a bit weak. cannot take cold shower. He now take a bit warm shower and use the cold water to cooling scrotum.

my DH body oso weak. As he's in the finance line, he couldn't sleep well. Always sleep late and have dreams ever night. Underweight plus has gastric problem. So i think need to go see TCM to improve the sperms. Need some time to tio according to TCM.
i heard men cannot put their HP in their pants pocket too but m DH always doesn't listen to me as he doesnt like to have anything on his hands.

Dear ladies, Sorry for missing in action for the past few weeks. Went for holiday then came back with alot of things to catch up at work & at home.
Today is CD1. So I have to restart my cycle all over again. Also my 1 year of TTCing. DH still super stubborn, refuses to go see Dr Lim, so im not sure how to convince him yet.

Thanks. I supposed that ur hubby can take the cooling measures. Just let him try n see. My dh got low motility, but still can conceive too. I have 3 big eggs but only 1 egg got fertilized. Has he done any as yet? Maybe u ask him to accompany u to the clinic. Do u have pcos?

I don't eat anything special. Make sure u are in calm n good mood during the 2ww. Pray hard and feel loved.
My hubby finally learns how to cook now. Instead of eating outside, he cooks dinner for me every night. So sweet of him. Really feel blessed. So now I can rest early.

i only take 2 tablets per day. Dr Lim say i no need take 3 tablets. yes, i search internet that metformin will help to reduce the risk of the miscarriage. That y Dr Lim said must eat till get pregnant.
But at least you DH motility better than my DH. So, more chance for you to get pregnant coz motility also affect the percentage to conceive.
