what size/colour? different size/colour have different prices. shipping charges could be in the regions of S$25-30 if it comes in shoe box. if no shoe box then slightly below S$25. next order would depend on how fast/slow orders come in. a rough estimate is 1-2 weeks time but all depends on whether there are enough orders.
