@fglim_carissa when i go for 1st appt, no question asked why make appt.
I just make appt then when see him then i told him that i tested + on the kit.
He will ask LMP and do a scan to find & confirm.

Last wk when I walked into 24hr clinic, to be honest, there wasn't much they could do for me besides scan and check me, but at 5wks, only saw sac, couldn't see heartbeat. So not much help at all except to just wait till this wk then I went to my Gynae. They did examine me, but spotting was little, so they didn't see a need to jab me or to take hcg blood levels. However, for peace of mind, it may help to just walk in and check. Esp if got cramps and heavy bleeding.
I'm also taking utrogestan.

Congrats but still becareful coz at 1st tri.
Regarding Oscar, for #1 i did not do coz gynae say no necessary since no family history and also consider low risk.
For this time round, i will wait what he advise bah.
If you are in high risk you may skip oscar do the Harmony or panorama or CV test. These cost like $1.5k +- bah.
Coz these are the follow up test if oscar result is bad. Oscar cost abt $3-400

Want to faint already, whole day just keep thinking of eating and eating. Eat breakfast already, count down to 2 hours to take my sugar so that i can snack. Than wait for lunch and repeat again...

Thanks mummies for the advice. Will probaly drop by hospital to do check up to ease my mind.

Fglim, ya lots of gases and tummy feel bloated is fine. I will have it at some times of the day also. Sometimes feel hungry suddenly then again feel unwell.
For mummies with kids, are you still carrying them? My friend advised me not too. But my girl very sticky. Wanna act like a baby everyday. I think I pamper her alot la.

My dosage is 2 pills taken at night, 200mg per day. I was having stronger ms this time around even before taking it, so when I started it, I don't feel much difference. Still as naseau and gassy. With my number one, my Gynae never gave me duphaston or utrogestan. With the mc this April, I didn't even have spotting but he gave me duphaston with a lower dosage. Looking back, I realize perhaps he saw from scan that bb wasn't developing to estimated date size but didn't want to mention n alarm me. This time, he prescribe utrogestan for preventive measures.
Every pregnancy is so different. With my number one, I didn't have any ms at all. And it was such a smooth pregnancy. This one, I'm nauseous, waking up in the middle of the night, and constantly needing to Munch.

I've finally got a positive result after menses was late for 12 days.
Tested every few days and even went to do beta hcg blood test but even doc couldn't confirm if i'm preggy or not...
probably I've ovulated quite late.
This will be my #2, based on LMP edd should be 7th July.
Would you all be interested to setup a facebook group?
I always have a hard time catching up on msgs here hehe

Hello Mandy congrats! How many boxes of test kits did you use up?? Lol but I can understand totally, I wasted three boxes (previous months all tested negative, super sad) haha.

I'm still carrying my boy and using carrier coz I'm sahm with no help. Sometimes need to carry him to market do some last min marketing. No choice have to carry but I ask him to walk as much as possible.. He's not keen lor... I'm ok with starting fb group if everyone else ok

I try not to carry my #1 as he is ard 15+kg. He is stickier than b4, always wanting to be carried n sayang. My friend advised me not to carry him as her colleague gave birth @ 28weeks due to carrying her elder kid.
Im a sahm too, i avoid bringing him out on my own . He always wants to be carried after walking for a while.

Or maybe we can start the FB grp when we nearer to 2nd trimester in case some r not too comfy yet hehe.

I was so sad n worried when I got my blood test result last week. GP was telling me maybe I'm not preggy or it's a pseudo or ectopic pregnancy. Luckily I've finally got a positive result!!

I can understand the 2.5/3 stage, very sticky and whiney, not easy to juggle. Mine is 4plus now, so quite logical in her thinking already. She will say, must be careful not to sit on mummy's tummy coz got bb. This age is quite sweet, everyday she thinks of new names for the bb. She's been waiting for a sibling since she was 3, for her, she's really looking forward, so she kinda helps me out. I'm working only in the mornings now, after bb pops, likely to stop completely again for a while. I also took care of my number one on my own.

I dare not formally announce to my ger abt her sibling yet. She has incident where she told pple we have new thing. Just in case she start telling cos now still very early stage. That day she was with me at scanning but she thought I was having stomach ache and dr is giving me injection (with the scanner?)

Same!! It's the bloating I think! For my #1 I didn't show till late 5months. .. and I had zero ms or pregnancy symptom. Today I'm miserable.. keep gagging esp when I fed my son his dinner... there's a pot of leftover soup to be thrown away but I can't even go near it. .
