tigress: morning! I have heard that 1-2 cups a day is acceptable... as long as it's the normal coffee, not the powerful kind. anyway, if can abstain, i heard is good... i also changing from drinking my usual ice lemon tea to more green tea and water liao...
Minnie: yah, they ask you wait 2 weeks cos can only see heartbeat at week 6, and that is the vital thing... so no point going early also... cos impt is baby must have good strong heartbeat. at that point, they only look like a shrimp... no real arms and legs... guai guai one... but you can see the heart going... so miraculous...
