(2012/09) Sep 2012

babygi,

I am same as you. My MS is always double dose from about 4pm. Feel horrible so eat preserved figs to help curb the nausea, then will start to want to puke/throw up. No appetite for any food after that but still have to try to force it down.

Doctor did give me some pills to help which should last me 24hours. I am to take them every night as they make me sleepy but the pills does not seem to help.

I am at a total lost. Now to work like this?

pigy,

I think I missed out a lot which mummies posted these few days....

Mummies, if your names not on the list, can update in the google document? I will extract from there going forward....

i got one egyptian cream from spree, thus think i will use that for my 2nd pregnancy...

I had minimal stretchmarks with my #1. I used a combination of Clarins stretchmark cream and Bio Oil. Going to do the same this time round. =)

jojo, i also have stretchmark...
think by last few weeks stretch alot that's why....
and i only use it on my tummy area...

i always buy online for clarins. otherwise i ask someone to help me buy from airport (duty tax free). hehe!

febie,

hi all, just to update my 1st gynae visit this morning. Able to see tiny hb and sac, scan measured 6w3d, edd is 30 Sep (same as my LMP calculation). However gynae said I am very high risk due to my BP complication, send me to go for pre-eclampsia assessment tis friday to further assess the 'seriousness' of my condition then will decide the course of actions and medication to take. Dr Wee said most likely will co-manage my BP complications with another specialist. I hope I will be lucky this time again won't kena the pre-eclampsia, just like my #1.

sweet mummy,
why envy? no need to envy as you will announce one day. i intend to announce when i know my gender... hehe! it will be fun. my gynae is very positive so i have to be positive too. just that i had to be careful like an old lady.

sweet mummy, sometimes the pregnancy hormones will overule and take control of our emotion and make us think all the negative things, so we must remind ourselves not to give up no matter what happen, we must jia you and think positively!

For #1, I had started using Clarins Oil & Cream from the time I knew I was preggy. The volume was little and as the tummy grew bigger, i had to spread more. =)

I used Clarins Cream in the morning and Oil at night as the oil is a little oily for morning usage.

Jojo: haha...dont' know a thing abt the FB private setting. will update u tonight after my hubby help me settle it.

i like moda paolo, mondo and mimosa flats. yes, i'm not sure why i like my shoes to come from shops with names starting with M hahahaha. all very cheap also, about $10-$20 per pair. good for office wear cuz not too casual.

jojo, same i think i forgotten to "oil" beneath the tummy... so now causing stretch marks...
happy.gif

today lunch time got sharp pain but i feel happy rather than no symptoms...hahahhaa...

sweet mummy, dun worry unnecessary...
relax and enjoy this journey...

agree with one of the mummy: happy mummy = happy baby

chew, u can go to pretty fit..
their flats are nice and comfy...

febie,
hehe... i apply all on my tummy but yet i got stretchmark. this time i will be changing to oil instead of cream to see any outcome...

shoes:
i like to buy from D&C and DMK. quite comfortable for me. however don't buy too much shoes. feet will expand and get swollen. i had to wear size 9 towards the end of pregnancy.

Mich - i used to buy mondo shoes but i realize they spoil quite easily. oh and that mimosa, i bought a pair before, wore it once and then spoil. mad! haha! need to find slip resistant ones..now very kiasi..

Febie- i tried their ballet flats before but their smallest size is abit big for me. =( maybe when my feet swollen i can buy..hah

Agree with chew mondo shoes spoil fast

D&C I bought twice from them but before I start wearing them the soles came off. I never enter that hop anymore.

jojo i use oil... I like the fragrant..
go to the harbour front shop...
it's cheaper...
happy.gif

i still rem i went to buy when i'm at week 12, the person look at me weirdly cos i no tummy buy for wat.. hahahha

i swear by clarins, i was lazy and always forgot (apply 1 day, forget 2 days. forget 2 days, apply 2 days) but was still of stretch marks.

i like to wear clarks, their simple flats are good for everyday wearing and i heard it helps to keep out feet in correct 'position' and 'posture' despite us 'carrying' additional weight. my orthopedic recommended them to me when i had #1

i think selling at clarins cost $60 plus - $80plus... my friend bought last yr...

i got mine ard $50plus... cant really rem...
cos its was abt 3 yrs ago... hahahah

jojo i google...
it's beauty language...
think you can call and check the prioe before making the trip dowm : 6376 4064
and i think all beauty language should be selling at the same price right?

http://www.beautylanguage.com/stores.htm

look for the outlet near your pl... dun travel all the way...
