porridge :
i think depends on wat ingredients u added into the porridge, it will be equally nutritional.. protein, calcium, fibre, carbo, fats and iron , all can be added. the babies last time grew up with porridge, also as healthy and fit..

that time when i gave him full FM, he poo 3 times a day..then when i switch back to BM with 1 FM feed, constipate.. strange.. now i switch him back to full BM since yesterday, poo is back to pasty..confused..
