Jasline: I understand what you have been going through. That's why I spend another $1.9k and get my CL back to help me with the transition. My BB dun have colic but have wind in his stomach too. So he tend to be cranky. I had also asked those questions which you had asked yourself. But whenever he smiled at me, I find everything worth it.



I give my baby "jin feng san" but I bought those with pearl powder. It's better. I will use my index finger and take abit of it and put it on his tongue and then give water. He dun like but it really help him get rid of the wind. I give him twice a day. Once in the morning after his bath at 10.30am and another time in the evening around 6pm after his wipe down.



Don't be negative. Let's jia you together ba. When BB know how to call us mummy, I think you will find that having this child is your greatest achievement. I believe so.

nanny rate for day care is $600 per month, Mon to Fri...i am sending mine to nanny starting 1st Sep...amount will increase when bb starts to take solid food...about $50 per month depending on whether u r buying the ingredients for nanny to prepare or nanny to buy and prepare...

Anybody using Pigeon warmer? I tried to heat EBM at 40 deg for milk bottles but my EBM seem cold. Read that if i heat up too much, nutrients will be lost.



Shld i use 70 deg?

Hi Jasline, i also went through what you experienced. During my confinement, i stayed at my mum's house. After that, i moved back to stay with in-laws but somehow, my baby not used to it. She keeps crying non-stop every hour. Fed her, burped her, changed her diapers, she just wouldnt settle. In the end i moved back to mum's place again and all was well.



Yesterday, i moved back to in-laws place again and the same thing happened. I was trying to make her sleep and till 3am she was still awake, crying every time i put her in the cot. she cried till 7am, then finally slept till 10am. usually she sleeps at 10-11pm, wakes up at 3am and 6am for milk only.



I cant take it, i came back to my mum's place this afternoon and immediately she fell asleep when i put her on the bed she usually sleeps!



till nw, my hubby and i are "separated" as he only stays at my place over the weekends. at nite i sleep alone with bb as i dun wanna trouble my mum. so far i can still cope but like u, i miss the times before baby arrived. i try my best to be patient with her when she is cranky. i just tell myself to take gd care of her so she grows up well and gives me less problems in future! haha!



i will be moving to my new house next month. i am afraid the same thing will happen again since it is a new environment.

Jasline: My BB also use rid wind, gripe water and jing feng san together. No worry. But just adjust accordingly will do.

Ling - did u put enuf water?? i use the 3in1 steriliser cum warmer. 1st time hubby use warmer milk still cold after a long time.. then i realised he din put enuf water when i read the instruction manual. EBM can be serve at room temperature.. direct from our body max body temp only.. no need 70 degrees i feel

I gained 12.5kg during pregnancy and now still got 3 kg left. Today went back office to give out card voucher to those who didn’t make it for the full-month party and my secretary saw me and say I look FAT!!! Sob sob. My Hubby gonna talk to mom to ask CL go hm tmr. Tdy I pumped milk put half in rm for CL easy feed bb. When I woke I told her warm & press house cause rm temp. My Hubby dunno why woke up saw she press freezer so my ebm super hot. She mumbled something we dunno wat she say.

Hubby commented if he did not wake CL will feed bb directly at CL but she rebuke say she always test before give bb. She always wake slow & abit blur. Bb got sound she just wait if we move she move. Very scary & she can carry my bb feed with eyes closed.

Dunno wat will b said.. See tmr how. If ask her go early only pay up totoday right? No need pay full right?

ceres: that time when i ordered, don't need to be member to enjoy the 15% disc. i looked at neogarden july brochure also didn't state need to be member. but i just went to neogarden website and under promotion, it wrote "NEO’s SAVINGS – Exclusively For Neo Privilege Cardmembers Only". I know that last month they got this promotion whereby you can be the neogarden member for free. maybe after that they change the terms of their promotion and now need to be members then can get the disc. maybe u can order online first and indicate the 15% disc for bb full month and when the neogarden staff call u to confirm the order, u can confirm/negotiate with them for the disc =)

imbalance milk production: my left breast has significantly less milk than my right side. for example, during 1 pumping session I get 50ml from my right but just 30ml from my left. anyone got similar encounter or know how to overcome this problem?

me! But I read it is ok. I try pump/latch more on the side tt produces less. So sometimes I get pretty close expressed amt.

it's ok de. Unless u wanna pump in toilets? Anyway latching on or expressing the mummies need the privacy. Changing diapers - there r changing tables in toilets. Some nursing rooms have separate areas for bfing/expressing and diaper changing area. i.e. Taka, suntec

hi phy & bbliss: thanks! but my pampered boy always seems lazy to suck from the side with less milk. I always feed him the side with less milk first but he always dun wanna suck even after 1 hr sometimes. so sometimes no choice have to give him the other side when he look so pitiful. will need to work harder.

Haha when #2 was few days old, we took him to pd for check up. After check up, my hubby gotta returned to his wkplace. Boy was yelling away near hubby's wkplace so I had no choice but to park the car at a secluded place, bfed him and ate my sandwich!! Also master how to bf on moving car already.

u can use cetaphil to wash bb's head. First put Some olive oil on bb's cradle cap. 30 minutes later, wash away with cetaphil.
