went to goggle about it and found this:

It says that with proper treatment and antibiotics, it will greatly reduce the risk of bb being infected. Also, the infection comes and goes. So just keep on monitoring ya and dont worry too much. If you are still worried or the virus still exist when nearer to labour, can opt for c-sec, then no need to worry at all.
