Yesterday my hubby’s fren who is also a father called him to tell him that I complain about him on the forum haha. His wife happened to see my post and told him. And I was just beside my husband when he called. Then my husband made me show him the post and complained “how can u complain about me on the forum” (in a joking tone). I’m quite glad that someone “enlightened” my hubby about my unhappiness and hopefully this will also put some peer pressure on him to improve himself =)
Fazzy: for breastmilk storage bag you can explore the following website. Personally I’ve bought from lovegreeneumma and I find her service very good.

Diapers:
So far I’ve used huggies newborn, Pampers & Drypers. Huggies newborn has served us well when bb was just born cos my bb was less than 3kg so the other S size diapers are too big. But now that bb is bigger, we have moved on to S size. For drypers, somehow it always leaks and like not very absorbent cos bb will cry to change diaper even when it is not very heavy yet. Pampers newbaby is good as it has the wetness indicator so we know when the diaper need to change and seems to be more absorbent and don’t really have leakage issue. We will most likely continue with Pampers, at least for the day usage. We have a pack of Huggies & Mamy Poko haven’t try yet. So far our friends say mamy poko is the best but expensive so advice to use at night.
Pacifier:
we have bought a pacifier to stand-by but haven’t use yet. Intend to use ard 2-3 month if bb suck his finger too often. Our friend strongly recommend tommee tippee.
Minyak telon:
My massage lady Mdm Suria was very kind to give me a bottle of Minyak Telon when she saw that my bb has a lot of wind. She mentioned that better not to use ru yi oil on newborn as it is too hot for them and they might feel uncomfortable. Us, including my parents who have been using ru yi oil on me when I was young, find the minyak telon good to use. It is commonly used by the Indonesian/malays and I read on M&B magazine that it is a must-bring item for a mother which indicates that it is very good. It can be found in those Indonesian/jamu shops.
Saving on FM & Diapers-Some of the tips given by our friends who are parents:
-Buy in JB: for diapers can buy in JB, much cheaper. We will probably adopt this as my hubby works in woodlands and has many colleagues living in JB. But better not buy FM in JB to be safe.
-Supermarket promotion: from time to time, supermarkets will have promotion for FM & diapers. It would be a good time to stock up.
-Samples: usually companies will give out free samples of FM & diapers which they will publish in magazine. Similac, enfa eg do give out FM samples of 400g, which is worth ~$20.
-
http://luvbabies.weebly.com/delivery.html saw this website which sell diaper, FM & other bb items at a lower price. Eg many poko only $14 per pack. But need min $200 for free delivery else $10 delivery charge
-Alternate use of diapers: most ppl find mamy poko better but more ex. So what my friend did was use Drypers in the day & mamy poko in the night.
oops..sorry for the long post
