morning ladies,
I'm having browish spotting yesterday n today... Not alot maybe 2 times per day.. Does that mean my labour day is soon........ my gynea did told me if pain n bloody show can come down operation mine is full ga as i'm scare of epi.
Soon i go n see him?? i have on n off pain at my pelvic.
 
Juliana, better call ur gynae see wat gynae says. For peace of mind la..maybe gynae will ask u monitor a while. Good luck!

juliana, spotting may b juz a sign. dun worry, juz monitor. a show is really like menses, red blood.
do monitor the pain as well, esp when it gets more intense (like bad menses cramp) &amp; frequent.

ainsley, my last delivery was oso abt 6 yrs ago in jan 2004. so, come to think abt it, oso a bit 'scared', coz cant really remember wat to do. hahaha... think really 'rusty' liao... ;p

anyway, now i m still deliberating if i shld go for epidural or 'chiong' all the way, since pple always said tt #3 will usually 'come out' v fast.
 
sigh... still a lot of work not cleared, so hve been telling baby to 'come' on time or later, but not earlier.
but #3 liao, like a bit difficult, considering my #2 came 2 wks earlier than edd &amp; there's a saying tt boys would usually 'come out' earlier.
furthermore, my hubby may nd to b outstationed during wk37...
so, really keeping my fingers crossed &amp; telling my boy to b more 'patient' &amp; stay longer to enjoy the world inside mummy. :p
 
jo, tt's wat my colleague said too.
she was saying tt the pain frm delivery would hve overshadowed those from the episiotomy &amp; stitching-up, which i really wonder...
 
when yr edd? i also hope can chiong all the way haha... my edd 4 dec... last fri went to see doc he say maybe bb will come few days early... so scary... now waiting for bb signal haha...

#3 liao i think u wont be as scare as #1 ba... when u starting ML? me start on 30 so wont lugi the ph haha...

I was bending down to take something ytd, I felt abit of pain down there, is it normal?
 
Morning mummies..
Im feeling so giddy this morning when i wake up. Dunno is it bcos ytd didnt sleep well.
I have great difficulty sleeping properly cos my lower part of body feel so "inmobile". How to sleep ah?? I managed to sleep with sitting position, but a bit "xin ku" wor.

My bb as at 35weeks is 2.7kg. I feel so happy lei. Cos gynae said bb wgt is ok. Heeehee

me thinking to csect with epi this time leh, but i scare of side effects like vomitting, back pain, etc.... but i wan to be the 1st time to see my bb leh...

yup congrats to all mummies who have popped!! think alot of us are playiung the waiting game...heee.....

yesterday went to mothercare to buy some maternity pads with wings they are having promotion buy 3 n get 1 free (the normal ones without aloe vera) I also bought mattress padding disposable ones juz in case stain the mattress for the first few days. (cost $15 for 5 pieces) so those who are interested can take a look!

Think its better to lie sideway when you sleep. For me ah, I lie on on my back and baby's weight seem to be pressing against my organs and very pain and uncomfortable also.
 
jo, my edd is 31 dec, which is supposed to b another 5+wks away.
well, i'll oni start my ML when i deliver, like #1 &amp; #2.

ainsley, for my #1 &amp; #2, i had epidural, so everything was a breeze (as in sorta a painless delivery), but tis time if w/o epidural, dunno can take it or not leh...
 
Ainsley : It was really a surprise. cos last visit was only 1.9kg nia. Then suddenly bcum 2.7kg lei. A gain of ard 800gm in 2weeks, is a lot to me. Actually is considered quite big for me, but according to my gynae's machine, my bb just right. Hmm.. Oh i tried to sleep at the back, but my backside there will be pain, only sitting position okie lor..

Ling Lee : That means u work until deliver ah? You very good lei, i dont think i can lor.. I dont like the idea of gg to hospital from ofc. And i think i need a good rest before i deliver. Cos after delivering i lknow i wil have insufficient sleep le.
 
Anyone buying sterilising pills to sterilise? Cos im thinking that if i need to pump out milk every now and then, cant be asking my mum to wah &amp; sterilise for me all the time dont think she have the ample time also hee. So any brand of sterilising pills to recommend? I nv use before.

I gotta Question hope you can advise. My bb now 11 months Fully Breastfeed but on solids since 8 months, Very fussy eater, Now I want to slowly intro her to formula...I am trying her on Nan 3... She dnt like,, but will drink when asleep..
Why is it milk got metalic taste ah?? which better Enfapro or Nan or which brand good???

Happymummy, wow your baby gained 800g in 2 weeks... That's a lot.. I am going to my checkup on Wed.. Wonder how much baby gain.. lol..
 
AInsley : Ya lor.. There why is a surprise for me. But i dunno if i shld continue eating durians a not, cos i eat durians until i fall sick but i think is worth it lah. I still ask gynae is it cfm-ed a not. I mean the bb's wgt. Actually the bb's wgt is measured by their adoemen (wrong spelling) area. But he estimated quite accurately for my #1.
 
Happymummy, I took durians a few times and bb gained 400g in 2 weeks. Durian really does the work.. lol.. I only took a bit. But its very heaty leh. I scare take too much ah, later baby come out will have a lot of rashes..
 
siri, wah, 600g ah. lol.. my baby gain quite little everytime i go chkup leh.. 400g considered quite a lot liao. heehee.. Think cos of my appetite is small. anyway, hope to deliver smaller baby and pump her up after that. heeehee

That why i fall sick, gynae advised me not to take those calcium pills temporary. I feel so bad towards my baby, i consumed ytd but my cough &amp; flu much better le lah. You are in 39weeks liao right?? Can count down to your princess's arrival le.

siri, my hubby has veen buying cocobut for me for the past few weeks liao. Last night also.. But I am not sure to drink how many per week though.
 
Siri : Ya im beginning to suspect if my gynae measured wrongly wor...But my gynae didnt say anything cos he saying the bb is as at 35weeks lor, just right. He said not too big wor. But i dun think he can remember my last visit bb wgt lor. 600gm also a lot lei. My gynae saying towards the end will increase faster. I think bb will be over 3kg liao le.
 
Ainsley : How many u plan to eat?? Im eating only one cos my mum saying scared too "liang". I think i will eat at 37 weeks.

Same as me..not intending to take any ML until the day I deliver... very xiong now..so tired.

I felt that process gold better.It is normal that babies tend to be fussy. My 22 mths old baby til now don't like to eat apples sweet potato. Last time when he was about 6 mths i intro sweet potato to him he eat now don't like liao.
