Hi Nmummy, nowadays i dun use hot water, i used the hot boiling method until 1yo. these days, I just brushed and rinsed them using tap water.
 
Wow so many of us here are already not using sterilizer...
I wanted to stop too but my mum say cannot, bottles must at least sterilise once a day...hmm...so tats y im considering buying again since can keep n use for 2nd one mah....
 
I dont sterilize shayna's mag mag or eating utensils. but bottles are still being sterilized.. cos i'm not doing that job! my husband is responsible for washing and sterilizing, so i never say anything.. haha..

but he never complain still sterilize up till now..

i oso din sterilise anything, not even use hot water rinse, for my girls when they were 6 mths old liao.

but i tink this kind of electrical product got life span 1 leh not as durable as last time unless u tryin #2 now if not better buy when u wan to have #2??? hmm talk to ur mum not necessary jus use hot water?

Now don't even use baby detergent

I went for the trial this morning
I like it better than GUG...but their classes falls on weekday
so can only wait till 18mths to sign up for weekend classes
space not big. Damn packed on a weekday morning!
But overall feeling feels better than GuG Mountbatten
I will go united sq GUG to try to see if it's better

Oh, u went to evans road branch? I thot u went to the one at Forum. Now still thinking if i shld go for the trial at all since the location of the 2 branches are pretty inconvenient, cos if i sign ovann up, i'll be the one taking him to the school in public transport.

I found 3 red spots ard jovia's neck,arm & chest doesn't looks blister to me though...panaroid

checked her mouth no ulcers & no fever too dun think it's HFMD

Piggy, new bath shd b the same cos all are the same brand mah...the last dose i will wait after we cum back from japan trip. she still hv one more flu vaccine to take before we fly off.

actually i din take note of the brand.. but if u take after Japan trip u goin to take it together with MMR?? would it be too strong?? cos MMR compulsory at 15mth right??
 
piggy, tat time clinic told me the new bath oli arriving end of this mth mah by then i shd flying to jap so i told them will wait after the trip. MMR can take after 15mths if i'm not wrong.

I'm bringing shayna for her chicken pix vaccine next week.. becos of my working environment, just let her take the jab just to be safe.

But i am a bit worried cos the dr was saying a small minority might have a small outbreak of chicken pox.. i am ok if she gets it but i am worried if i will get it cos i have not gotten it and not immune to it.. scared my residents will get affected if i kena.. hmm..
 
BabyS, ya to9 will bring her to see GP if red spot still there.

BabyS, you shd take the vaccine tog wif Nana so that u will get the immunity as well then u dun need to worry.
 
mashy: cos i am also worried if i will be one of the few that will have the mild outbreak..

Cos of my work environment here and cos i interact with my residents alot (I work in a Home)if i kena, they might kena. and usually once got such thing happen, it spreads very fast..

and then chicken pox, got incubation period of 2 weeks. i cant keep myself away from them for 2 weeks leh..

and funnily, when i take care of patients who have chicken pox in kk, i never kena.. but yet, blood tests show i am not immune.. haha..

all my family members took the ckn pox vaccine but hor....my fren's kids took the ckn pox vaccine also kena ckn pox leh

all the more u should get vaccinated. U may still get a milder version after the vaccination but at least it's not life threatening. U won't get the chicken pox from the vacc. Only if u catch it from someone else.

I think they meant u can still catch chicken pox but a milder version. Not u will get it from the vacc. So far those I heard catch the chicken pox from other pp despite having the vaccine but it's a milder version.

Just want to know any babies took the MMR+ chicken pox and pneumococcal vaccine with 13 valents?
My PD's clinic told me they have stock for 13 valents vaccine. Planning to go for the jabs next month.

Haha.. I jst read your msg. I don’t know what’s it’s about but my boy when I changing diapers for him, he sometimes will grab his little brother. Haha..
But now seldom liao le. Last time he also used to touch his little brother when he is bathing. He was like wat was that little thing. Haha..
One recent funny thing was that, when he was standing up during his POM POM, he suddenly urine.. he was making sound “hmm.. eh”.
He just stood still there and watch till all the urine finishes. Haha..

What brand of diaper is good for night usage?
I wanted to buy mummy poko pants for night usages as he always leak his urine at the side and my boy is also a heavy wetter at night. I change him only after he slept for 10-12hrs.

Or fitti is good?

My son recently for about 2-3 weeks he keep scratching his legs.
Sometimes u can see long blotted patches at his legs.

We tot its "FENG1 MO4".
No red patches etc.
Should bring him go see doc?

I tried the huggies sample. Not bad.

Feng mo means allergy. If it happens often u may wanna check what he is allergic to.

i tink u mus try den know if the diaper ok anot.. cos every butt diff shape mah i use fitti premium no prob quite gd i find.. pet pet is ok for my boi also.. but huggies leak for my boi infact huggies leak for many asia bb i heard..

I tried the huggies sample and it leaked even for day use. I'm using pampers active for night ever since ovann was born till now. So far so good ... only leaked a few times when i didn't wrap him up properly :p

agree the butts determine the type of diapers. My gal can take pet pet and the huggies sample. Leaked with pampers, fitti and nepia.
 
Tingkat: any one try House of catering? was thinking of tingkating for dinner or any cheap and good dinner delivery to recommend. is one serving enough for two persons (3 dishes + 1 soup)
