smurfy: neh.. terrible. Food not nice, service terrible. For example, we ordered almond longan for dessert. it arrived a bit luke warm (its suppose to be chilled) and they just left it in those grey containers that they usually use to transport food. Then when my guests started eating, they realise some were yellow and ask me what it was. Imagine the embarassement when we didnt even know what we were serving to our guests! then i tried it and realise its mango pudding!
they put in some mango pudding and hide it below the longan ones. I know they reserve the right to change food items if not available, but at least inform me that they are changing. And we tell them to bring tables. They didnt and just used the tables in the function, in the end, my guests no table to sit at and eat cos used for the function.
I complained. and they just replied will give me 5% discount, no a single explanation or apology or any information given about why all these happened.
cutlery also not enough. We order for 50 pax but cutlery only got 40. The guy didnt have any extras in his van. And the food presentation was terible. I came in after the guys set up and saw the food trays and asked my husband "oh iss havent set up ah? How come the left overs from previous function still around. 6pm liao leh." the so called 'left over' food was the fresh food from ISS!!!!!
pPp... I feel so bad n guilty towards #2. thinking of starting her in half day cc once she reaches 18th mth.. so that she can have more exposure and learning.
