Actually during confinement of 30days its best to stay at home.
As per Chinese sin seh, during these 30days, our body will be very "XU" and "HAN". That's why we ned to take tonic to warm up. Something like that la.
Anything that is cold is not good for lady who has just given birth.
My mum last time help one lady do confinement hor, her rubbish chute is outside the hse and she wanted to throw her pad away. The wind at her side is quite strong and than my mum said she unable to straighten her hands.
So she make the ginger everyday and let her soak until she gets better

I think when u press your feet / leg, you will see finger prints very clearly. And you will see that the inflated area will slowly moves back to their original foam. Than you will know its retention la.

According to my gynae, it is not advised. As we need to sit there for a couple of hrs, and can smell the strong chemical. Also advised not to do manicure/pedicure, and can only do normal facial. For massage, avoid foot massage/reflex. Actually I did my hair rebonding in Dec 2008 (wo knowing I was pregnant then).... hee hee!
For hair dye, we can opt for organic hair dye instead.

i tink gynae side depend bah cos i do know some gynae ssay it ok to dye or rebond hair.. n there is no evidence to show tt these chemical in dye is harmful. my aunt she work in a salon n have to smell all this chemical n both her baby is ok..
if the smell is harmful i tink no preggie can work in salon?

the weather in beijing is quite crazy... quite hot in the afternoon (like 26 degrees) but cool in the morning and evening. forecast says the highest in the afternoon tmr will be 20 degrees.

kiki, 26 degrees still quite ok la... spore is horrendously hot & humid. At night i gotta on 2 fans blowing at me to sleep

my bb kicks are very powerful, especially during babyplus session. I can see the whole babyplus set will move up when he kick! super violent one...
just now I can feel movement above and below my tummy... I think he is kicking and punching at the same time...

dat day at mrs wong's class..she say not advisable to play loud music or sound for baby...she say dun put earphone at the stomach area else it b too loud for baby...background music is good enuff
