yes yes my #1 one. I kind of have mixed feelings now. told hubby me excited to see our boy but same time sad that we will not be just the two of us anymore..
i dun know anything much about babies though but reading the thread, i learn something new everyday. YOu got all your baby items ready?

hahha.. self make cotton balls? that is so so cute. you made me giggle! is it for wiping the baby's eyes and face? that reminds me that i haven't try out the sterilizer too! maybe should do it tomolo. As for the breast pump , my very good friend got me that for baby prezzie but have yet to pass it to me.. hahha. so i have to wait lor...
ya, cos a fren told me it's cheaper to make then buy those ready-made ones. but i've been delaying till now. yup, it's for wiping baby's bums etc.

hehehe. yeah i think it is far cheaper than the ready made ones.. you can do during the weekends. Fri i have to be at the hospital at 0615hrs!!! that means i have to leave home at 0600hrs, wake up at 5 am ... my c section is at 0830hrs...
since i told you that i went to the toilet 3 times in 25 mins.. i went for another 4 times the pass hour! can u believe it!think i should sleep in the toilet. how heavy is your bb now?

oh man! i cannot imagine going to the toilet so many times.
i'm not sure how heavy is my baby. my gynae dun update me on the weight of my baby each time i go. we also din bother to ask him also. haha! until i read all the posts abt baby's weight then i asked him abt it. the last time i checked wif him, he told me my baby is abt 1.7kg at wk 32 if i remember correctly. i onli can remember tat my baby will be abt 3kg when full-term.

For the 1st 3mths, get those black and red flashcards.

SAHMs can also shop. Have to plan timing. Shop when bb is sleeping in the stroller. That is what I do.

Mickey, can shop with baby. I used to sling my son with the MIM sarong sling and bring him out. I did it till I was 4mths preggie then I stop. I don't stroller coz not as easy to move around as the sling.
Okie mummies...I think today should be my turn to deliver. I had show at 5am and has done all my last minute packing. Now waiting for 8am for my PT cleaner to come in then bring my son over to my mum's place and then head towards my gynae's clinic and see how.
Yeah!!! Hopefully got good news later on.

wan to check wif u ladies, wats the difference between BH & contractions huh? i've been having menses like cramp since 5+am till now. it comes abt every 10mins lasted for abt 2mins then go away. is it contractions or BH? but i still hv no show & mucus plug also haven't come off.

Heh .. i'm officially on ML today!!!
Yes, i'm happy, but my hubby is even happier than me. He was a little annoyed i made him wait yesterday cos i was tying up loose ends in my office. But when i got on the car & told him tat's my last day already, he was perpetually grinning from ear to ear! He even very willingly offered to buy me breakfast this morning b4 he goes for work. Men!

morning all..
wah u ladies, 1am,4am still not asleep ah..
i had a false alarm yesterday.. was feeling terrible on monday night, like gastric flu pains, but no diarrhoea and vomitting... so pain until i had to bend over...
then baby's movements not so much.. so yesterday morning went to see dr. Dr says cervic not dilated, heart beat ok but sent me to MAH for ctg monitoring..
had a few contractions during the monitoring but not regular or strong enough yet.. still must wait.. but at least i know what to expect now.
Went to visit MIchelle.. so envious, her tummy so small liao.. haha.. and she's so active already.
Was telling her we saw some numbers on the CTG and got one number we guessing its the contractions.. highest we saw was 28.. michelle told me she saw her CTG during her labour,. it was 80s to 90s!!! i still have so much more to go!! haha...
think i will start ML earlier, the pelvic pain is getting worse.. and last night i had another bout of the pains again, but heng not as bad..

if by 9am pain still never go away...head down to the gynae's clinic...dun drag till 10am...
best is to call ur gynae now to tell them u having contractions...
no need to read up BF book...

i'm really not prepared lor.... i'm supposd to work till tomorrow. and thot of trying out & sterilizing the breast pump over the weekend. and i'm supposed to meet 1 mummy to collect the breast-pump accessories tis evening. and supposed to go bank to thumbprint on the baby bonus form & eat my fillet o fish meal wif seaweed fries.......aiyo......
