Sharon, envious ah? Got good and bad lah. Good thing is I really watch my son grow and I feel so happy when people commented that he is a good boy or he is progressing well.
Bad thing is I do feel very auntie lor. And, I don't get to spend as much as I want. Somemore I try to look after him on my own and not trouble my hb too much since he has to concentrate on his work to bring the bread back.So its rather tiring.

I went for my gynae check up yday and he did VE. He keep saying "good good" and told me my cervix is open 2cm. So he say everything else is good and I can choose any day this week for baby to be induced. I "HUH" pretty loud...hahaha...bec mentally not that prepared to give birth this week. As he mention that cervix is already open, I should have a relatively short labour and via Natural...
After check up I went Giant with my DH and parents to stock up some stuff for confinement and I realise I was bleeding. Kanchiong and called up the after office hr no. for my gynae, to be told that bleeding after VE is normal. He ask me to monitor for any contraction, if there is, to be admit to hospital.
So we spend the night watching DVD. And meantime I was still bleeding and having menses like cramp on n off. And by 2+am, we were so tired, that I say lets try to sleep, if its real contraction, doubt I can sleep..
Next thing i know its already 7+am in the morning...heehehhe..
So today went back office for 2 hrs to finalise some handover stuff and pick up my laptop. My ML officially starts TODAY ! Yeah.....
So now we decide to wait for baby to come naturally or we might induce tml or on Sat ( 1st Aug )

u don't need 250 nursery songs. Anyway, he'll have his preference for just a few songs. ANd for the first few months, u just wanna have calming music for him.

Next time you come to Toa Payoh, can go to the hair saloon for hair wash w head & head massage. Only $15.

It is a blessing to be a SAHM. I have been a SAHM for the past 3.5yrs, and is still enjoying.
Most important, always keep in touch with your friends, meet them for coffee and etc, go for facial, go shopping. SAHMs must also learn how to give themselves some freedom. It does help us to relax and patient to our kids, especially there are days when they are not easy to manage.

Totally agree, especially when they are much older (after 18mths), then more stuff to do together with them.

For the CD, I am actually thinking of buying "My First Nursery Rhyme CD Box Set 1 & 2. Saw it in Kiddy Palace and they are selling at $30 each box set but the BP sell at $21! For flash cards, do you think buying the real card will be better?

suddenly remembered that when i was a baby, i got no hair de leh!!! but now a long of hair and coarse. i wonder if Zachary will be the same lol

for the natural "inducing", i read about it before. Like donno what chemical inside the sperm works like the inducing tablet. just found this page: http://www.lifepassages.net/NaturalInduction.html donno true or not. but i dont like raw pineapple! =( make my tongue weird.

do you let your hubby do his own stuffs when he is back from work? for my hubby hor, if i didnt ask him to do anything, after coming from work he will "PARK" his butt infront of the computer till he must go to sleep.

Now I am thinking if i should go and buy a mp3 player so that can put in Zachary's room for him to listen.

I went to buy sweet talk bubble tea today. drink until so upset cos after trying koi bubble tea, the other bubble tea tastes like crap.
so bo hua cos those normal bubble tea also got high sugar contents inside, so better to drink koi bubble tea than others!

Heard walking helps faster for birth. But than depends, sometimes when the bb is really down, maybe walk below also a bit pain pain. Hehe..
Now I feel a bit stress below when I walk.

dun worry, after VE, spotting is common. i also experienced tat for abt 2 days. tat time the gynae assistant also told me tat spotting or hv blood for a day or 2 is fine.

fix a date myself? no pt la cos if fix liao cervix not ripe no pt... so now is if nex tues everythin ok will prob induce nex wk lor... i dun intend to count date to induce also...

Sharon, yes...it is really satisfying to watch your son grows. You get to see his 1st flip, his 1st crawl and his 1st step.
You cannot be a sahm due to financial issues?
Dr Ong is good. He is so pro that no problem seems like a problem to him. And, he will come to your ward very early in the morning to give you updates on your baby. But be prepared to queue for quite long when you go see him at the clinic. He is very popular!

cos intially dr wong gave me the dr keoy...so i wan change it to dr ong...she say ok, juz ask me change myself on the admission slip...hee
