qi7, after your caesarean last time, does wearing disposable panties get in the way of the wound? I mean, those disposable types don't look like can pull very high, then we'll still have belly, so even if try to pull up a bit, the elastic part will "roll" down also right? Then won't the elastic be on the wound?? I'm going for c-section, and this just crossed my mind!
