Making Puree:
Steam veg, boil stems (eg, carrots/potatoes), when they are cooked, use blender to blend them till fine by adding 2 spoon of hot water or the water used to boil the stems. Store them in small cubes & freeze them. To serve, defrost 1 or 2 cubes, steam or use microwave to heat up b4 adding to the cereal. If giving porridge, just add the puree cubes to porridge when they are cooked, dun nid to defrost.
