oic.. txs txs... :) btw, if i store my EBM in the fridge for 2 days liao (cos i heard put in normal compartment in the fridge only can safe for 2 days), if my bb din drink by then, can i transfer it to the freezer to store? isit safe?

you may transfer to freezer b4 48 hrs in the chiller! I always do this when I need to combine ebm into big bag!

so heart pain when i hear bb cry for milk n had to warm up the ebm.. instead of direct latch.. my mum fed bb.. wonder if will lose my bond w him

today he drinks long interval.
8am - latch
11am - 100 ml in 20 mins
2pm - 150 in 20 mins
550pm - 170ml in 5 mins!!

how come his intake keep increasing n so fast? am i overfeeding him?

for mums who use glass bottles, how do u label them n how to clean off those sticker that comes w the bottles?

when warming from milk bag, (i use water n bowl), when pouring out, wont it mix w the water from the outside of the bag?

like a moisturizer cream, then can it b apply for bb hands and legs and body too? (like wat those J & J lotion)?

Glass bottle label, soak in hot water with soap.. they come off easily.. if it does not, I will use detol to rub them off!

I labels my ebm with a stickers on the glass bottles!

I don't warm the milk in the bag, but in the bottle with the exact amt of milk for bb's consumption! If u warm the whole bag, means the whole bag will have to be consume within the next 4 hrs.

Yes, different timing/day as long as the 1st pump dun exit 48hr, but u must make sure the last ebm u wanna combine is in the chiller at least 4hr b4 combine with the rest!

graceofgod, babymay, hailey slept at 12.30am last nite!! she woke at 7am for feed and happily kicked away!! she jus fell aslp and wldn't wake at all.. throughout the whole time she's awake, i've shown her tt it's morning alr so hopefully i'm on the right track.. She's also started slping on the mattress I've put next to me.. slowly will move her out of room into the playpen, which she still does nt like.. bt at least she'll nap in it for awhile in the afternoon..

my gal didnt poo for 2 days and on 3rd day (today), she dropped a super duper BOMB. her poo was overflowed till her tummy and ganna her top and shorts.. her poo is still watery, yellowish.. is that normal?? she is still on tbf.

Not to worry unless they have the 'gek sai' expression but nothing come out! It's perfectly normal tt tbf bb poo only once a few days!
 
Shers, as long as the poo is not hard, you don't have to worry. My boy poo once a week or 10 days. PD says if his poo is soft, he is drinking well and he is not uncomfortable, then it is ok.
 
Shers: my girl suppose to poo today but didn't. Somemore the whole time I was at my sis place she rejected my left booby. Thank goodness she didn't after we reached home.

I washed my boobies before feeding her when I got home and had wiped her down.

Strange. She didn't do that when i went over on tuesday. Gave me a scare.

glenlyn - even though bb poo is watery, bb still need to exert coz anal muscles not v strong yet. thus wat u observe is normal.
 

Hi Mummies, it has been getting tougher feeding my boy recently. He is on bottle feed. Esp in the mornings ( when he start BM for the day), he will cry for milk, but when I feed him, he will make a big fuss and not drink at one go.

After hearing some mummies advice the last time, I have stopped feeding him once he rejects the bottle after the feed (indicating he has enough).

However I am just wondering is it normal for babies to be tough to feed? Especially when they are supposedly hungry, why is it that he still doesnt want to drink his milk immediately and requires coaxing?

Anyone has similar experience?
