Want to share... I went to Grand Hyatt for High Tea today... Very yummy... Very worth the money... Though not many choices of food... And got yummy sirloin steak... About 28+++ per person/adult... If wanna have small gathering can consider... Count me in... I wanna go again... Keke...

Want to ask... Does BFing and no menses guarantee wont kena baby again... No need to use precaution?

My MIL stays in JB.. She will only come out a few days a week... Not staying with me permanently.. Heng... Keke.. Sometimes I just bring baby into my room and BF her... Bo chap... She said very stressful... When BB cries, have to rush out of the room then warm up the EBM... Haha...

yup... only the 1st 2 months includes sat and sun.. So for mine.. Is from 22nd March to 21st May... Then another 40 working days for the next 2 months... During my 1st baby also lydat... U better check, else u lugi...

i also plan to have a rabbit baby, that is if my freaking IL know their place. If i don't get a rabbit baby, i won't wanna have a second one anymore. i will be too old liao.. hahah...

they have been trying to come into my life eversince they knew i am pregnant with Brianne.

They told my hubby (then bf) that he dotes on me too much and want to break us up.. did a lot of nasty things to us.. now that i got Brianne...

wah... Its really amazing how they changed.. 180 deg.. suddenly very nice to me during her first month.. but recently... true colours showed.. aparently the so called "concern" in the sense of .. can i come visit you? became.. "i want to come and see baby" with accusations of i am not feeding Brianne well cos she is not chubby and about me shaving her bald etc..

if believe in "suan ming" (fortune telling of some sort) il be pregs again in 2011. but i dont get along with rabbits de leh. =( at least for a partner that is. LOL. a lot of misunderstandings. hope it doesnt happen with my child. i went to see fortune teller in 2007. she said i wil get pregs in 08 and give birth 09. some of the things she is quite accurate. so if i really believe i guess i will have rabbit baby. hahaha. we shall see.

Devil, my bb just started using bottle at 3,the. Really tough at first but now still quite ok, just that the first feed in the day very difficult cause night feeds are all latch on. Hah.

- last 3hrs during daytime, around 4hrs at night.
- poo ard 2x a day.. Or sometimes 3x..

my boy is 12 weeks today.
-drinks approx 125-140mls in the day, bedtime feed approx 140-160. feeds 6x in 24 hrs.
- lasts 3-3.5 hrs in the day. sleeps average 6 hrs after that and then 4 hrs after the second night feed after that.
- poo also average 2-3x a day.

But then all these figures will definitely vary with each bb (cos of different weights, feeding and sleeping patterns).

My girl is 3mths plus..
-drinks 90 to 110 per feed.
-lasts 3.5 to 4 hrly.
-poo hmmm, varies, need not be everyday but at least once in 3 days.

She is on partial Fm n bm, day feeds Fm, night feeds latch on.
Usually zzz ard 10pm, n will get up somewhere ard 3 to 5am for next feed. But these days she only got up at 5am after last feed at 10pm.

Mommies, can I ask how long can Fm be left standing? Sometimes my girl zzz halfway and usually I will leave the Fm in hot water for at most 15min, if she gets up will feed her rest of the feed. If she doesn't get up, I throw and feed her earlier the next feed. What do u all do when bb zzz halfway?

-drinks 100-120 per feed.
-drinks every 3hrly (timing is very accurate)
-For poo, it used to be everyday 4-5 times but for the past week, it's once (big one) every 2 days.

my boy also 3 months in 3 days time (ADD:3March)

Drinking 110ml-125ml at night, can last 3-4hours. Daytime tbf direct latch so not sure but every 3-4 hours.
Poo is every 1-2 days, mustard yellow and a whole big pile.

Friday is his 5-in-1, i'm getting ready for a sleepless night this weekend kekee Where should i buy those fever patches, those that can stick on the babies head? think i better standby...

when baby is biting or pulling nipples, it usually means that he's full already. gradually you can tell when he's going to start biting/pulling, just tap his cheek with your finger and say "no biting/pulling", he will learn to let go without causing you pain. my boy's been doing that lately too, think his latching efficiency really increased the last week, he empties my breasts really quickly and starts to bite if i keep forcing him to latch longer.

my boy only takes 10 to 15 minutes too, they do get very efficient as they grow up. my girl used to take only 5 minutes when she's 6 months old!
how long do u wait in between feeds? if he doesn't show signs of hunger when he's scheduled for a feed, then maybe delay the feeding time a bit so he would take more?

my boi oso likes to pull e nipple on n off when he drinks.

possible reasons...
a. milk flow too fast for him...take a breather to regulate e flow
b. milk flow not enuf...so pull harder n c if got some more

If he cries n pulls e mipple, could b he needs to burp or he has enuf...

If he pulls back n forth w/o crying, it means he likes to drink e milk in his own preferred pace...

sighz...e nurses never tell us during e bfing session in our hospi stay...so ur bb is behaving normally...

If he is not crying, jus continue to relatch him 2 ur breast...for 10-15 min, then burp well esp if he is a fast drinker...

my boi poor tink...tormented by wind in his stomach usually during 7-8pm; rejects ebm...jus happi w fm in e day n bm frm evening till early hrs onwards...he poos alternate days mostly n drinks bet a range of 120-150ml for day feed...nite not sure as he drinks bm...

sleeps...on sleepy moments...longest record 4.5 hr...evening time
ave sleeping time @ nite ... 2-2.5hr gap as i on bf...

He is 2+ mth n very active in e day...e strange tink is when i leave e house, he seems to noe n refuses to sleep, no matter how my mom coaxes...he prob sleeps 10-15 min n then whoila awake again...how when i need to get back to work? Any advice...? Tried putting my worn clothes near him but not getting e intended results eh...

- 110ml ebm during day, 120-1st morn feed at 7am and last feed at 8pm before bed.
- last 2.5 sometimes 3hr during day depending latch or ebm, night time can last 6-8hrs.
- big poo 2-3 times a day, small poo that comes with wind 3-4 times a day

My boy if latch on also takes about 10-15min then would start to pull and tug at the nipple. If I offer him the other breast, he would taste it first then after a while spit out. If I force him to latch by holding his head firmly so that he won't turn, he would start to make noise and pull.

Missycandy, where u got your fortune told? so zhun ah? I dun dare to visit fortune teller, afraid if they predict some mishaps or whatever then I think I won't be able to eat and sleep.

Metal rabbit doesn't sound very good leh. I also most likely to have my last try at a girl, if boy again, then so be it.

fairymoss - its a lady... that time is her own house... she charged $100... hmmm... i guess if u dont wan to knw bad stuff u can tell her before hand... but i think if really bad they may not really tell u also bah... they also cnt really see sooo zhun.. she did mention i wld have some cut/wound for my pregnancy.. scare me lo.. thought wld be c-sec.. but i think its the episiotomy ba... heh heh heh... if u interested i can give u her number... her home is at bukit panjang.. =)
