I remember you said you took the med to stop ss b4 right??? would like to ask if there are any side effects??? I heard it may stop ss forever, as in for future pregnancies? But seems like in your case ok leh, now you got BM also mah.

Coz me and hubby going for a trip in end April without CH (that's when I intend to stop BF too, coz CH is already almost 7 months), so if let's say the med works overnight, then I can BF until 2 days before the trip, then stop. Coz if wanna decrease pumping sessions or use cold cabbage, might take some time for supply to stop...

I stopped drinking after my confinement cos scared will be too heaty. I sold away my DOM to someone from the WTB thread. But sell very cheap. My hubby and mum asked why I sell so cheap. I told them I rather sell it away at a low price then leave it there to rot. Anyway, it's extra $$ to buy diapers. Heehee!

for the med to stop milk ss u hv to get from gyne.. i got mine from gyne and is damn ex.. 2 pills $38 but each time onli eat half a pill.. i hvnt eat mine buy to standby :p

the side effect is breast will drop in cup size lor.. so if u dun mind then can eat if not better dun take it.

the busybee, i got all my material from all over the place.. some from chinatown, golden dragon (a bit ex though), some from daiso.. o.. headband, hmm... should b quite easy.. just buy lace can le... but i didn't make it myself.. i bought it the other day. but my mum say can DIY very easily.

No side effect. In fact my ss for this pregnancy is about 2.5-3 times more than my 1st pregnancy. Just 2 pills and in less than a week's time, ss completely stopped liao. My gynae advised me to start the medicine 2 weeks before so as to avoid any uncomfy cos you still need to pump a little bit in between to prevent engorgement.

I got if from my gynae. Never tried GP before.</font>

hmmmmmmm so it still takes 1-2 weeks to take effect. Then how about using reduce pumping method or cold cabbage leaves? Any mommies know how long it will take to stop ss??? maybe have to buy cold cabbage leaves on my trip liao... hahaha...

Your gynae is woody, right? He allows you buy the medicine first? That time I saw him in Nov and told him I want to stop my ss. He suggested I stop in mid Dec and told me to get the medicine in mid dec too. </font>

My gynae said if I dont want to take medicine, I can also slowly reduce the number of pumps and for each pump, dont empty your breasts, just pump a little bit. Then the ss will eventually stop. This will however take some times to be effective.</font>

yah will take some time... can't bring my pump on my trip lah... or maybe use hand express. But I really hope my bust can go back to pre-preggie state before the trip. Will look nicer in clothes

i fed her even worse, either sleep over or playing her tongue push away the teat when drink abt 80ml

Purpleangel, U coming for the meet up in feb? I hope to go to spotlight and daiso to get some materials to diy clips and headbands. I bot mikayla quite a number of headbands already. But I really hate it when people ask if she is a girl or boy, so i want to let her wear the headbands so people will stop asking!
 
hmm... not too sure whether can join for the meet up or not.. haha... will let u noe again.. i find the ribbons in spotlight quite pricy.. not much choice too.. as for daiso.. i bought the red and khaki colour from there... selling in a roll..
 
DIY hairclip, I used to buy the ribbons from a wholesaler at arab street. But I need to get the double prong alligator clips. U have any to spare? I probably want to get about a dozen only to try out first.

Think sometimes pple just want to get the bb gender right so they ask you lor. For me and hubby, we would also ask pple what is the bb gender first (unless the bb is dressed in dress/skirts) cos it would be very paisei if we got the gender wrong mah.</font>

When my gal was younger, a lot of pple also said she looks like a boy. Now better liao cos one look can tell that she is a gal esp her smile.</font>
 
I nv use double prong clip.. i use the normal type.. arh.. i noe which wholesaler u talking abt... but i heard they dun hv much variety too.. i hv not go down to take a look.. cos now.. i cannot resist ribbons... scare i lose control.. haha

Mousebb, yeah i was quite upset. But she is known to be very curt person, we've all come to except her for the way she is. But I think my gal dun look boyish despite not having much hair...

As u can see gal is relatively botak, she has been dropping quite a lot of hair, initially thought it was due to the babysafe donut pillow, but hair still dropping after we changed pillow!

Lili, nope we do not wear any beanie or hat for MIkayla as she doesn't like it. Think it irritates her.
