Nat's teacher is Dee but i feel it's more of the chinese teacher is the 1 doing the leading of the class.

After so many weeks, last week was the 1st time, we had story telling by this english teacher, Dee (-___-)'' The chinese teacher doing it for every week.

The weekend class is really too big, full class.

She never said she would stop at 1 ah! In fact, she said despite the fact she enjoyed being an only child, she wants a second.

I just don't expect her second to be so soon!

hmmm dun know abt Dee... i think she is the specific wkend teacher then.

E's teacher is Melissa and the other weekday teacher is Farhan. I prefer M to F cos F is more mild... I like lively LOUD teachers.. haha
 
JJmom, the concept of combining 2 classes at JG instead of doing 1 hr eng 1 hr chinese in 2 seperate classrooms was only implemented for the past 2 terms. I feedback to the teacher last weekend, and she did mention they rec quite a bit of feedback. I am hoping they can change back to old concept so I asked her why was it changed. She explained that back then, with the 1 hr eng 1 hr chinese concept in 2 seperate class (smaller class size, then combine in last 30mins for outdoors and songs) means that each set of teachers need to conduct 2 sets of classes each for that 2 hours. end up the teachers lose their voice very easily. This new arrangement means they all share classes so its better for them.

Well....i see their point....teachers losing their voice and falling sick also means more mc and will affect their curriculum. but then, i still prefer old arrangement. I just hope JG seriously consider our feedback.

but I do agree with you the teachers are very important. now i like my current eng teacher so much that I am changing my JG timing to follow her next term, heehee...

how about considering changing class to a better teacher at EC? ask vanilla whats her class timing?

All the more the decision to withdraw Ash out from the class is right and like you say we noticed the Chinese teacher taking more charge over the class than Dee...although Ash is doing well I think last wk's class reinforce our decision is right wahaha ;p~

I had meant to thank you for your recommendation of the book 'Good mothers are better than good teachers'. It's a great book. I've learnt alot from the book. Recently my elder kid dropped my dslr on the floor and I withheld my wrath even tho I was about to explode.

same here. my long weekend was super boring cause sat and sun my hubby was working. mon his stupid support phone was ringing non-stop too.
 
<font color="aa00aa">On last Sat we had KFC at thomson plaza. Wenxuan was seated on the normal chair (cos he doesnt want to sit on high chair anymore) while wenmin was seated on the high chair. Happened to meet my hubby's colleague there and she thought the kids are twins. When hubby told her they are not she straight away said then wenmin must be the jiejie and wenxuan is the didi!!! Hahaha!!! And that's bcos wenmin looks super chubby on her cheeks!!! </font>
 
Hihi ladies, back at work today after >2mths HL. But will be taking leave tomo again to see gynae, hee...
