Zuen, it could be the membrane that was torn. I had that experience once. The sales person said that I remove the membrane wrongly thus caused the tear. During washing, we shd not just pull the membrane out. We shd put our little finger into the valve and press the membrane's white tip. The membrane will pop out by itself.
