just something to suggest.
my mum STEAMS porridge instead of cooking in slow cooker. she say steaming preserves the vitamins better - esp if cooking involves long period of 'boiling' away the nutrients in the veggies etc.
ruth eats all kinds of rubbish nowadays. chok, fish, various fruits n veggies, bread, cheese, cereal, biscuits etc.
i have totally lost track of what she's eating liao. as long as she happily chomping and no problems with digestion and poo poo....i not controlling her. (lazy....n well, wanna give my mum freedom to do whatever she want. she not senseless type anyway - definitely much more meticulous and careful than me so no point for me to control!)
