Dilute your #2 milk or give him plenty of water. My #2 also didn't poo daily. My #1 digestion is super gd like his daddy. Every morning after his first milk feed, he will poo at such rush hours. This morning, i told him his poo is very smelly & i said "chou chou" and he repeated after me with the same action i did...haha..so funny..

talking about poo...
my boy had constipation during the weekend, he didnt want to move an inch, and held 1 leg up halfway (usual stance when he poos). ask him sit potty oso dont want. he wanted to take off his diapers there and then. wah liew!! then the poo all over my floor? ask him go toilet oso dont want. just dont want to move. then still can put both his hands on a cabinet door and lean over to gek sai...super funny
in the end me and my hb dragged him to toilet and he passed very hard stool, the last bit still need my fingers to extract out coz it was only out partially. literally dig lor. and while he happily bathing, i still need to pick up the pcs of shit on the floor coz i use shower spray on his buttocks

my 2nd menses finally over liao...but it was quite a heavy flow for me too but didnt feel faint at all leh. maybe i big size, too much blood in my body liao haha

yes we dilute the milk already & gave plenty water, still no use le. MIL suspected it could be due to EYS shi shen brown rice too heaty for R. Now R started taking porridge + puree veg (pumpkin/spinach/carrot/potato). Yesterday i bought prune juice, hopefully will ease his constipation. Yesterday Z made a loud fart & we teased him, i said "wow so loud ah" & he gave me a cheeky smile...like knowing what he did & pai seh.

#2 still having constipation on/off le. He don't poo daily. When he didn't poo for 2 or more days, we will start to worry cos sure constipated. He drink alot of water le but what else can he still eat to help beside prune juice? papaya? banana?

steph, there is this naturalfruit /veggie essence called nutrifresh in the market, v good for constipated kids or adults. i also giv my girl , add into her milk since she dun eat solids.but i tink onli sold tru MLM, ther is a lady in the forum selling, u keen i can pm u her contact. sometimes she does delivery , depending on wher u stay

yr menses after childbirth very heavy flow ah? or even before pregnancy already heavy kind? last how many days? mine is 7-8days before preggy. after preggy is 5-6days or shorter le but heavy flow on 2nd day only.

my menses after childbirth is the same as before childbirth leh....no changes. length of a period is the same too. 5days of flow, then 2days of very little brownish blood.
still got cramps. everything is the same...

except this time round, i got menses twice. 1st time on 24th -30th oct, and 2nd time on 5th - 11th nov...1st time in my life leh. i ovulate twice?? muahahahah

answer: Normal menstrual flow can occur without ovulation preceding it: an anovulatory cycle (wikipedia)

my 1st 3 days usually is heavy flow, the next 3-4days will b little blood. before childbirth, 4th day i almost dun need to wear pad liao, but after childbirth, it will drag to full 7days though d blood is not so heavy.

Eh, my baby 2.5 months only leh. So fast to sleep through meh? But not too bad lah, she woke up 1 or 2 times for night feed. On a good day, she sucks for 5-10min, then dozes off immediately. On a bad day, she sucks for 30min and then need another 30min to get back to sleep. On an annoying (and rare) day, she sucks for few minutes then sleep again (too sleepy), then wakes up every hour to suck for few minutes until 7am.

steph, i bought the nutrifresh for my girl, v effective for her to poopoo. usu i onli put 2 teaspoon in her morn milk and she can poo by noon latest.
for myself, i take the evernew at times, when i feel constipated. it has alot of fibre, i tink better for me coz i dun eat fruits daily.

#2 last feed at 8.30-9pm till 5.30/6am. Yesterday #2 drank 300ml then willing to Zzz...my Friso2 stock running low liao..hoho

Your #2 such a big drinker leh. My #2 only 2 mths and is drinking 100ml. MIL is hinting me to give more leh coz he is very skinny... But I feel 100ml is ok leh...

#1 now drinks 240ml per feed... sometimes only drink 150ml or 180ml also... But is ok lah. Coz she looks ok... Not to fat nor skinny.
