Haha, Rylee is opposite of HR. She can recognise all the alphabets but she cant say all, for eg, we will ask which one is A, W or any alphabets, she will point even on my tshirt, on a mag, newspapers etc. But ask her to speak, she can say a few accurately, but some like Q, P not so good.

Rylee learns a lot of singing and dancing from DVDs, which i only let her watch. Not TV. She loves dancing to songs from watching Elmo and Barney. Sometimes in the midst of switching on the DVD, she will catch some cartoons on tv, then will be a bit interested, but ultimately will request for Elmo! In fact, her first >1syllable word is Elmo Song!

Oh, i meant Child Seat not Infant. We bought an extra seat for Rylee when flying (i really do think it's a good idea!) i think it's supp to be 50% of adult price rite? But when i bought the HK-Sin-HK, i got the promo rate HKD1027 or smtg like that, but child seat i also have to pay HKD1027. No 50%!

I've really decided not to TTC for the time being. I really really want to focus more of my time and energy to Rylee now that she's being more and more communicative! I want to spend more time playing with her, devoting my time to her, teaching her (not ABCs or 123s but more on manners, rights and wrongs, etc) I'm not saying when u have #2 u cant do these anymore, but i'm just not up to it!!! Reading mommies here who have had #2 now, i really feel having a newborn now will rob Rylee of the time i can have with her. I know i shud be able to still manage, but not ideal lah. Like Pixie, i think i'llwait maybe when she's 3-ish before trying again. At least she'll be more independent and possibly going to school on her own? I know 2yrs also can go liao, but personally, i think 2yrs old a bit too young to go school on her own...so ke lian...to think when we were that age, we were all still blurblur and gonggong! Sometimes i do think our modern world pushes babies to mature too fast too soon, and then we complain and seem surprise that kids these days seem so worldly wise! Sorry long post again...duh...now then can sit down and relax a bit...been so busy all day...TIRED!
