re: losing temper
last time when our bb was still small, and cries for no reason, i will be ever patient, and never lose my temper no matter how difficult things were. but now they they are more or less grown up (to a certain extend), you could see why they make you angry (e.g. tired but dont want to sleep, do things when you said no, but they understands you), you tend to lose your temper easily. any mummies experienced this? i realised it all the time.
our level of expectation towards our bb changes when they are more aware of things around them. sometimes i am guilty of smacking his bum, but other than that, i just tell myself patience is the keyword. mind you, i am famous for being short tempered, impatient, so it takes a lot of luurrrrvvvveee to tell myself "patience, patience" all the time when i am seething inside...else, i just let it slide, coz shouldnt be too hard up on them. Once they grow up to 3, 4, 5 years old, the society will naturally starts to be hard on them (e.g. studies, development, kiasu, kiasi), so this should be the best time for them not to care about being guai or not.
sorry for the long rambling post i hope i make sense here
