They called it ABC juice - Apple, Beetroof, and Carrot. Very good nutrition! I used green apple that day, also nice. Maybe red apple gives a sweeter taste?

Hi Kam,

Here is elmo reporting! Sure it will be great to meet up with all the mummies. My place is good from 23 to 26 Mar as I can book the function room for our meet up and the kids can also go for a swim at the pool. Would it be convenient for the mummies to travel to Buangkok? My place is 5 min's walk to the mrt station.

Is Buangkok a bit far out for mommies? And will the pool be a "dangerous" place if our kids run around too much and we have to keep an eye on them? I'd still prefer the cafe though, no need to pack up after that! hehehehe. But ultimately will go with the majority lah.

i'm fine with the date, but i would imagine if i'm FTWM, i'd prefer a Friday so i can sort of have a "short working week" until Thurs, and then Friday can go gathering and then relax cos the next day is weekend liao ma... at least that's how i think back when i was still working...i always take friday leave hahaha..sorry, a bit the bo liao...side track liao.

Turf city not convenient for those who don't drive. But can take shuttle from Clementi.

Elmo's place is just next to the MRT, so more convenient for those taking MRT.

Again, I am okay with both venuew. Good thing with the cafe is no need to do any preparation work lor, just turn up and have fun (hopefully!)

Thanks for your valuable advice. I must kudos to both of you for being such patient mummies !!!! I must admit that my temper is very bad at times.

You both have a point but when my anger kicks in I am totally out of control and worst my hubby is not there to be the goody guy to help console T at all... He will also add on the scold. So I will stop the scolding cos I find it too much for a toddler with 2 adults scolding him at the same time.

Any books that I can read ? Mylife I remember you shared with us a few good books for strong-willed child before.

Look under 8 mar, Chinese section. It says the purpose of the clinical research is to evaluate the immune response and safety of a combined MMRV vaccine. They are looking for healthy children between 11 to 21 mths.

balcony is not a good idea for notti corner cos it's not safe! The place shud be somewhere safe where u can see her cos what if she climbs up?? Doesnt have to be consistently one corner. What i did was just to simply ask her stand one side/corner, ANY corners in the house, and that she's supp to stand and NOT do anything (fiddle, sit, jump) while i meddle or rather pretend to meddle with my things. When u initially start, make sure u are nearby cos she will definitely attempt to walk over to u.

I very kay-poh. I called and asked about the MMRV after reading the my paper. It's the SAME MMRV vaccine available in the market. The vaccine is already licensed. But now they want to find out the antibodies respond to the vaccine in the kids. Will have to go back 4 times for sampling, every 6 weekly. And will receive 2 jabs. After these 2 jabs, no need booster jab when they are at K1. Looking for kids from 11 to 21 months only.

Ok. Kay-poh finished liao. Go for meeting now.

one - how much you love your current &amp; NEW (opportunity u mentioned abv) job?
two - suffer pay cut? significant? If the diff is $500 or more, i wont want to take it up...i am sure there will be better opportunity around unless u really want that job very much!

Hi mylife,

No worries....I m fine with either venues. But I think I will have to give turf city a miss as I will not have transport to go there.

As for the pool, it is not very near the function room and there are glass doors to the room. I thought it will be nice to have a quieter place so that the mummies can talk while the kids can play around cos the last time no chance to talk to some of the mummies.
