yeap..food was okok...not much of a range for $36, though the tea wasn't to bad, but the company made up for the ok food.

cat, these 2 weeks that my grandma took care of ash, she said ash nap abt 4-6 hrs each day. This morn, we sent her to the infant care again and she nap 2 hrs fr 11.50am to nearly 2 pm. Then she nap at home at 4.15pm but after half an hr i have to wake her up to go Little Gym.

Mini Birthday Bash

<font color="ff0000">Birthday Cake</font> - we can either order a cake from Pine Gardens or The Pattisser for the birthday bash. Maybe a 1 or 2kg of the number ONE?? I am leaving for Tokyo on Oct 23 and back on 29th...so i can place an order and pick it up on Nov 2 itself.

<font color="ff0000">Food</font> - if the turnout is small, lets do pot luck as what Plumsource has suggested. If not, we can do catering.

Langlao, Good for Ashlee leh. My Mum always emphasized to me that SLEEP is better than eating for babies... Unfortunately Claire dun like to sleep!

Thanks for being proactive in organising the bash, otherwise nothing will get done :p

Why don't you decide on the cake, looking at the numbers probably a 1kg cake will do.(otherless we have more ppl!) I'm ok with whichever bakery, why don't we also order some other sweets from them so we have a bit of selection (mini cheesecakes, brownies, eclairs?)

hi mummies, sorry din get to meet most of u at the Baby's Day Out. The whole place so luan. Think most of you left early. Ashlee was crying during the crawling contest, she just sat thr, cry &amp; refused to crawl and most babies already crawl to the other end but she still won, thanks to her biscuit box haha. She enjoyed the JG's bear performance too.

same here, i only got to see tinkabel, grace, cherbb and Catherine. But i did get to catch u and Ashlee in action.. too bad mine only come a close second, only conso prize. But it was quite fun tho, cos after which we went to walk 1 round of the Hort Park, pick up the spree items fr K@ye &amp; still go for lunch at Anchorpoint. But a tired day for sure..

HEhe, another recommendation for the Birthday cake, if u all like chocolate cake and no fancy designs, can get from Choc-a-bloc. I got Claire's cake there and my frens tot it was from Lana cake...

I told them no Lana cake for me coz too out of the way and their attitude sucks!!!

Oh, will post pix of Claire's cake + her party dress when i get the pix from my cousin in law. Claire refused to take off the dress again!

so sorry tat the HortPark event turned out so messy. me lousy organiser =P i din even know Vivan &amp; Susany is joining us. and i din get to meet michviv. Jovan was v grouchy coz he was v hot &amp; sleepy. he missed his usual naptime at 930am. he slept once the car started moving.

wow Ashlee's daytime nap is so long. wat time does she sleep at night? and wat time does she wake up? does she sleep thru the night? sorry many qns. actually wanted to ask these 3 qns to all mummies at the HortPark event but din get a good chance. Jovan sleeps v little &amp; it's really worrying me.

L is not following the GF naptimes anymore? is he still consistently sleeping thru the night? my HB's colleague's baby is born in end Oct. he's still follwing GF naptimes and he is still sleeping thru ever since 2 months old. i really envy her.

L is still following GF's method. He sleeps at ard 7-7.30pm till the next day, since he was 2mths old too. But there were times when he woke up in the middle of the night for milk, eg. growth spurts, teething, holiday. But generally he sleeps through. He naps in the morning at 1030am for 30mins, 2.30-3pm for 1.5-2hrs.
 
Catherine, thanks for taking the time to organize the event. Pity I didn't get to meet up with all the mummies...=( It was really a mad house there! I arrived early at 8am (my mom-in-law was first in queue for the goodie bags!) haha. Think most of you must have seen me though I didn't get to see you cos my boy was involved in the first crawling race - the silly MC was shouting my name so loud "Michelle Cheng Shin Ping, Shin Ping, Shin Ping". Wah lao...so paiseh...

But it was fun and Ethan really enjoyed himself. He even got to sit on the bouncy castle when we arrived before it got crowded with all the older kids.

Cindy: Don't worry, the crying phase is one of the phases babies go through. But I would definitely encourage you to expose Travis more to other babies. Same happened with Ethan, initially, he kept on crying when he met other babies. Now he has 2 girlfriends! One at our condo and the other at church! Very clever my boy...meets with his girlfriends separately! =P He has even learnt to blow them kisses and refuses to do so for anyone else, including mummy! So sad!!!

michviv, o so we were at the same crawling race. Yes I remembered the MC calling for you lol.

Ashlee usu sleep at ard 10pm till the next day abt 6am. However sometimes she will wake up at abt 4am for milk but generally she sleeps through. She naps in the morning at 10am then at 2pm, and at 5pm. Sometimes when so naps longer, she'll miss 1 nap. Total nap time in the day is 4-6 hrs. her nap time will be adjusted at the infant care, think the teachers no time to let her take nap so often and she is also very curious of the new place and playmates so might need time to adjust too.
 
Langlao, Claire sleeps ard 10pm and wakes up at 6am like Ashlee... Only problem is that she dun naps much in the day.

Sharron, you might wan to leave me out for the headcount for the Birthday bash first cos by this Sunday I might still not be able to give you an answer. So sorry about that cos thats the busiest week for me before Mischa's Bday. No choice I am the only one handling the entire party, hb is not contributing except the finance part
