Cindy, now then u start sourcing? oh no....cos i thought you didnt want to celebrate and the holidays is considered a celebration for your boy?
Its really difficult to get now cos I had problems when I tried to book the venue months ago.

ok, now i hope these 2 days pattern that Kaira exhibits (sleeping shorter naps and not wanting to take naps at all!!) is a "phase" and that she will go back to normal! else i *faints* ... these 2 days, her first nap is after lunch! (when usually its ard 11am) and that lasts abt 30 mins only, then her next nap close to 5 pm (abt 1 hr) when usually its ard 330pm for abt 2+/- hours
poochi ....ya man, i really looking forward to her being more independent!
but then hor, i will miss my little baby by then .... hahahaha...such conflict!
S@L, dun envy me ... when u see me during weekdays, u will be glad u r not in my shoes...hehehe...my life only better during weekends! =P

Dreamer, my Mum just called me to tell me abt the atricous behaviour of Claire.
Claire has this habit of biting the hanky till the fibres come out and she will eat it! So, my Mum removed the hanky from her coz she merlioned after biting it. Wow, she screamed & wailed as if my Mum abused her! So i "lecture" her over the phone!

k@ye, nowadays our babies really have their "own mind"!!
kaira also, cry buckets if i tell her "no no" .... sometimes i juz show her my face, she will cry liao! and u r rite, very clever to cry until jialat jialat type *faints*.
i hate it when it happens, cos gets on my nerves, then she cry even more! ;p

Dreamer, its on Sunday.
YAlor, it gets on our nerves and they will cry even more coz they know we re agitated...
So usually, if its at home. I just let her cry till she s tired then her wailing will turn to sobbing.. Then, i will sayang her & explain to her when the crying subsided.

K@ye;wahhhh u can wait till claire subside ar.....this works only at times for me le.....usually my helper will not hv the heart to leave her in the playpen wailing for too long(usually she wails when she's 20 mins in there!!!!)

Langlao, its like that one lor... At least Ashlee cried like that, Claire super drama one.. She din cry in front of us, she SOBS in her naps at the infant care! *FAINTS*

walking: way to go Ashlee! i'm still waiting for the day reyner begins to take his own first step.. he v kia si.. refuse to let go of my hand to walk on his own even though i think he can manage 1 or 2 steps le..
crying: my reyner also cries like somebody has tortured him when he din get what he wants esp when i take away something that he wants to put into his mouth.

Claire is so DRAMA! Jovan cried buckets when we were out of his sight. but being the greedy pig & playful boy, he stops temporarily when he's being fed or when he sees a interesting toy. hahaha. oh tat time when i saw him cry cry buckets, i felt so heartpain, i went to the toilet & wept!

mummies, any one of u wld like to have Heinz & Gerber jarred baby food? exp dates r all in 2010 3 jars in 2009. i have 19 jars given to me by my neighbour but reyner don't like jarred food. let me know if anyone of u r interested to get them from me. maybe i can bring on sunday if u r gg as well.

went for first lesson of shicida class with my boy (that's why cannot join the high tea :-(
as they grow, more difficult to control them now, somemore he is heavy. Only 5 kids in the class and yet can be so messy, 2 of them cannot sit still, have to go around, 1 kept shouting and my boy, he is a copy cat, initially still ok but then after 1 started to scream and talk loudly, he followed and have screaming competition and when he saw the other 2 walking around, he also wants to come down, refuses to sit still liao
, 75 mins and I feel so tired after that.
after the class, the instructors told the two boys who refuses to sit still that they should try out this method which I want to share here.
5 mins after your bb sleeps ( in subconcious state) you stroke his head and talk to him, tells him that you are mummy's good boy, mummy wants you to be more attentive, etc..... ( tell your bb what you want him to do) do it as often as possible, during noon nap, night sleep etc and then you will see result, (according to shichida makoto)

Hey mummies, any one has ideas how to make baby eat more. My hubby's malaysian colleague in SH is facing that prob. BB is 6 months, but rejects all food and milk... Very low activity level also... I also dunno how to deal with this cos Matt is a glutton. Eats everythg. Anyone can spare any advice? My friend is at her wits' end. Very close to quitting her job to stay at home to take care of kid herself.

Tinkabel;yup can try the "open mik tea" and feed less solids.....try.and "open mlk tea" has faster effect...when hayley cant really poo poo (or at our timings) we give her and she goes...now is every alternate days......other tahn timing.....the qaulity is good

If its a small turnout then we will hold the bash at my condo's clubhouse and we will probably do POT LUCK. Remember its not exclusively for mummies and babies, you are welcome to bring your hubbies and children. (for those of you who have more than 1!)
