chintz, i have already been giving my boy porridge since he turns 6 months. now he is eating porridge twice a day and can finish quite a lot! 1/3 of what my 18 mths nephew is eating. he slps better at night too cos i think is fuller... kekeke...

chintz, my girl's been fed porridge since 5 mths cos i started her on solids ard 4mths +.. didnt like it initially and will not take any.. now can finish her small bowl EXCEPT for yummy spinach porridge which she DON'T take at all.. grrrrrrr...

perlicia, u can get e bubbles from gymboree itself.. the bubbles last longer than those u see outside and also safer on babie's skin cos soap free.. =D

chintz: 5 scoops thats quite alot.. good to hear that chloe got healthy appetite.. baby YZ only manage 3.5 scoops + puree.. but he never make noise i assume hes full from his dinner hee

bbwow: by right frozen food can last all the way up to 3 mths.. but most will recommend finish by 1 mth.. for meself. i try to finish in 1-2 weeks at most.

my boy also takes 5 scoops of cereal.. or a sample pack of Nestle. Normally I will include 1 cube of puree in his cereal, then after the meal followed by fresh fruits.

Sometimes still not enuff.. he will air air air.. then must make him drink lots of water so that he will feel full

i also keep in zip lock bags the frozen cubes. can keep up to 3 months. but best to use up within 1 mths. i think within 2 mths sure finish already, unless you puree alot in the first place.

actually one of the mummy in sept thread help to collate and they are really heavy
Regarding the size, I know GD flash card is really long but those used the the trio class is not leh .. so which is correct? I'm thinking of shortening the long one as it will be difficult to flash
Also GD mentioned to flash words right but trio flashes pictures ? Is there a contradiction between the 2 schools of thoughts?

botanic gardens breakfast is yummy, but PH or weekends can get very crowded, have to stand around and wait for other ppl to finish then chope that table, i think with 23 mummies, daddies and babies, somemore no aircon, can be quite tiring. dunnno if can make reservations.

urgent advices neede here!!!

1) where can i find california baby products on shelves? i need its Everyday/Year-Round SPF 30+ Sunscreen Lotion. know there's BP on it, i need the sunblock of it and the spree organiser dun have stock of it...

2) need to freeze my balance BM in freezer while away for holiday. i will use 350ml bottle to freeze and will use baby warmer to defroze it for future consumption, but my son only need 200ml per feed, any idea can i still keep the 150ml for subsequent feed since it had already been defroze? hope i doesn't sound confusing here...

for Trio, its more to use/train the Right brain.

During the lesson, I see the 2 babies really enjoyed themsel, esp during the flashing of cards at lightning speed.

It's kind of early for them actually but I like the exposure and Kelly seems to enjoy it as well. Guess it's good for lazy mummies like me .. at least once a week, she get to work her brain a little .... I know to fully benefit the course, we will need to constantly do it at home as well ... but it's easier said then done esp working mums loh .. all I wanna do when I went home is to play with her, carry her, feed her than it's time to Zzzzzzzzzz liao.
