i think your doggie wants you to buy a bumper mat for him too. i thought it was expensive and wont be used for a while but since my friend is helping me get one at half the price, i caved and bought it.
my girl prefers baby bjorn too to the lucky baby sling.
my girl is sleeping around the same time as yours. she'll nap/sleep and wake up anywhere from 11pm-1am for the last feed of the night, then she'll sleep until the next morning. i've never even tried doing the dream feed. if this works for her, i'm fine with it.

Hi Lilyn, I was actually thinking of asking if they could combine our ordersAccording to my hubby, the exchange rate is currently S$3.10 = 1 pound, but since Ill have to pay with my credit card, it really depends on how much the rate is at the time the order is placed. (Ill simply take the credit card amount charged divided by number of bags). Lets see if we can get 4 bags within the next 2 daysMy hubby will be going on a business trip, so he can carry only a few dream bags, so cant do an all out spree.

Jete: Wow! How did your friend manage to get the bumper playmat at half price? Super worthwhile...maybe u should ask her to do a BP. She'll definitely get lots of orders, as every BP seems to have overwhelming demand...

ytanhn n an_gal, my bb also sceretly like to put her hand into her mouth. She do it quitely which look like she is covering her mouth or face. Tat y, me alw pop her pacificer into her mouth if she do tat or took her hand out. Better to wean pacifier instd of hand!

one qn, what is the fastest way to thaw frozen EBM?
and after i thaw, can i put it in warmer for abt 1 hr before i feed bb?
i am startign work next mth, and my mother is helping to take care of bb. thinking what is the best way to teach her how to thaw frozen EBM and feed bb. cos when my bb wake up immediately she wants milk. a min later she will cry like mad

i like the book too but havent been able to get my bb on easy schedule in the day. all her easy cycles seem so short. i need to sit down and take a look at her schedule more closely and see if there are any patterns. think basically she's a short napper in the day, so i feel like i keep starting a new easy cycle.

had a terrible time between 8-11 trying to get enci to go into deep sleep.she cried so badly at one point i cried also,cos its so frustrating and heartpain.and i miss my hubby badly!
am wondering if she slept too much during the day.or maybe i'm misreading her cues.terrible!

i think must adapt to suit different babies.starting to think that it was easier last time when we simply fix her feeding times,then allow her to sleep and wake at her own timings,not following the routine.tomorrow i'll do that and see if she fared better.
am so apologetic to my sis cos she's sleeping in the same room.she basically can't sleep as well!

the one i have is carter's. the material is very nice and even softer after washing a few times. hubby bought 2 and we rotate them. my baby doesn't like her arms to be restricted so once she got older, she didn't like the swaddleme any more. i tried blanket on her but she'll just kick it off, and blanket is not that safe for young babies. this works to keep her warm in the aircon room at night and she can still freely move her arms and legs. she knows it's bedtime when i zip her into the sleep bag.

the positioner is ok. i wasn't planning on buying it but my mom was going to sandwich the baby with 2 bolsters, so i thought better buy it. 90% of the time it does keep the baby where i left her. haahaa
the other 10% of the time, start off i put her within the positioner, 10 mins later, another 20 mins later

Garfield, go and take more sashimi to boost up ur supply again? Dun stress urself, i realise stress affects our supply too.
Aiyo, my hb down with a bad flu. Nic oso kena abit of fever fr the vacin, heng after taking 1dose of medi, he ok liao. my gal went for vacin too n was v cranky. fainz....got to take care of 3 babies tdy man.

at 7, he start to fuss, i thought it is milk time and i go n warm the milk but no, he puke 3 mouthful of milk. guess its the wind that makes him cry. (btw, i put the warm milk back to the fridge)

Last night I collected my handsfree and supershields...managed to fold clothes while pumping
Its great to be able to multitask...Isn't it amazing how a couple of strings and a rod can make so much difference?
For Ameda lactaline pump users, can it run on battery or must it always be plugged into a powerpoint? I'm still trying to decide between PIS and Ameda, and ability to pump while on the go is an important consideration.

mine is blue and rectangular instead of rounded in shape.
i never catch my boy sucking his fingers but whenever i smell his little hands, always got those "sng sng" smell haha!

my boy always stays put at one spot except sometimes, he will glide up or down from his kicking.
that's y cannot leave him unattended on our sofa for too long!

mummies, Isaac also likes to like his fingers!!! hahaha...
dunno if all babies are similar, or issit that if they're born around the same time they're quite similar? we went to visit a fren who delievered one day after me, and we found that the two babies temperaments are all the same! its so uncanny isn't it. I used to think that horoscopes are nonsense coz how can the whole world be divided into 12 groups and all be having the "same sort of week" (if u know what I mean). But now... hahahha ... *shrug*...
by the way, how do we post the picture right in the forum? by using the "upload attachment" issit? I was trying to use the <img></img> link but it didn't work leh. wierd.

yeah, i bought the bouncer frm kiddy palace.. during day time if melcolm don 1 2 slp, i will put him on the bouncer 2 entertain himself..
mayb doren is secretly sucking his fingers cos had tat sng sng smell haha.. btw, doren is really veri chubby !

(if milk bags, easier to thaw, but if using glass bottles, it takes a long time). If the next day, still haven't completely thaw, i will put it in a basic of water to thaw. Thaw liao, then put all in a big avent bottle. As and when, feeding time, juz pour the required amt out to warm. Juz make sure all the thawed milk is consumed within 24hrs. hope it helps.
