Hi Eunice
I went to see the Gynae early this time cos previous i did waited a while before i go see him as i got a MC.. of cos there are many reason to that but i just want to be save this time as i reali tried very hard to get preggie again. The injection is actually to stablise the placanta and also my HCG is lw so they inject that also for the time being. Will moniter when all is fie then my doctor will stop the injection.

Yeah same EDD!!! heehee!!
When my doctor did the normal scan thru my tummy today cant see the heartbeat actually. Only when he did the V-scan later then managed to the the BB heartbeat.. As i tink we are only 6weeks plus preggie so think maybe by next week will see thru the tummy scan.
My MS was very bad and last whole day.. tummy feel bloated also.. hungry most time but the MS make me reali dun feel like eating at all..

My LMP was on 13th July and it's been 6-7weeks now since my LMP however when I did the preggie tests, it's -ve for 4 times now each done two days after a test. However, I seem to have some MS symptoms like lost of appetite,giddiness,headaches, backaches, tingling nipples etc. If I go for a blood test today at the GP's will the test be immediate?

I'm drinking Frisomum Milk Powder (sample) from my gynae.
I'm not too sure about the rest of the milk powder but i guess no choice, for the sake of our little babies, we gotta drink.
Furthermore, at this stage (1st tri) i dare not drink any cold drinks like milk. So have to voice dwn to milk powdered.
For a start, i dislike the smell but once u get used to the taste, it's fine now. In fact, it has become part of my tea break.

i'm pregnant for the first time, and so quite clueless. Am Singaporean but just moved to Bangkok. i'm not sure if any of you at all will know some gynae in Bangkok or know of any respectable hospital personally?
Also another question, what's the general consensus about travelling during first trimester?
And, is it necessary to drink milk all the time? I seriously am not a milk person....
any advice is welcome...

hey J..welcome!..i was advice by my gynae not to travel..esp this is your first pregnancy..you'll never know how your body is going to react..normally they don't advice you to travel on your first trimester..cos the baby not stable yet..if you really need to travel..it's best to do it during your 2nd tri..
i guess..drinking milk is the the intake of calcium..for you and your baby..i mean there are still other food you can take to replace milk.

Now I have to start wearing my maternity wear because the buttons of my clothes are starting to burst. I don't intend to let my colleagues know until I pass 3rd month safely but now I guess I have no choice.

was really scared off by the fact that i tested positive but can't see anything. hopefully i will see something on my next visit. Dr Jocelyn Wong scheduled it 2 weeks later.

When is the first day of yr last period? It should be able to determine how many weeks u are. Don;t worry, i been through the same thing earlier this year and in the end i had a missed miscarriage, ie empty sac, no heartbeat. So sad. Please don;t be put off by my experience, jsut be patient and see what happens in 2 weeks, but i know this 2 weeks will be tough to wait

Eunice. My first day of my last menses is on the 14 jul. but ovulation is on the 9th aug. and so now is abt 19days after o day. so Dr jocelyn wong adv that i might be only 2 week plus preggy. so scan is scheduled till 2 weeks later to see if we can see anything.

when i went to gynaen at 6 weeks, they saw only the empty sac. Had to wait for 2 weeks inc ase i ovulated late or counted the date wrongly, but no change to the sac after 2 weeks. I am afraid to go to the gyane this time round, i am 6 weeks this week, just don;t know what to expect this time. Going to Jocelyn Wong next week. Maybe your cycle is longer or maybe just ovulate later this month. Hopefully everything will be ok.

D&C is dilation and curettage. So D&C they will dilate the cervix and then curettage is scrapping of the womb to remove products of conception if it is not a viable pregnancy..

you too think positive thoughts ok? Last time i see no baby( doc also suspected blighted ovum) Sweatcorn tell me to think positive and it all also turned out well. I am sure it will turn out well this time for you. From what I read of blighted ovum, it is not genetic.. So having it once will not increase your chance of having it again.. kinda like russian roulette, it is a random thing.

i also started on HL milk every morning.. yucks.. am not a milk person but bo pian. i don like to drink milk powder.. sian! anyway my gnae say HL milk is fine.
got my first taste of MS.. puke out the fruits i ate.. Hubby say i am meat eater thats why BB hates fruits . kekeke
my clothes also bursting leh.. but i don wanna spend $$ now on clothes coz hv not passed 1st trimester.. so gotta look fat in normal clothes.
btw, juz felt a ripple inside.. kinda strange. hopefully it came from the BB.
do you ladies get emotional lately.. sigh.. at times, i tend to cry when i'm alone at home. coz worry if BB will get DS or cleft lip etc *touch wood*. as this BB is not easy to conceive after TTC for 3 yrs.. so really praying hard that BB will be healthy!!

There are some nice dresses that cost less than 50 bucks. These dresses were bought even before i was pregnant. So now it comes handy and i'm sure no problem wearing them in the near mths to come.

JL.. as sweatcorn said, yr worries is every mum's worries too. I being thinking abt that too esp recent articles and tv programmes abt DS and CL.. Dun think so much, be positive and all our BBs will be healthy and fine!! Cos we hv eachother supports too.. right!!

this is how i'm feeling now... very giddy, nauseous and bloated... cannot concentrate on work too... walking helps me blurp so feels slightly better leh... but my job is desk-bound so not very nice to be walking ard leh... headache... this is the same sympton for my 1st child too... sigh...
