Autum: i hope so lah..he's wide awake now coz we woke him up instead of his usual sleepy feed.... wondering if i should follow the advice of the website.. wake him up again in the middle of the night..

hmm.. were u under the epidural when the waterbag was pricked? i dunno. that's what i heard lah.. hmm. coz apparently. he feels that having my head up will give me more force to push. so my neck and back all breaking into pieces then

Yvonne: wah.. like that also can. like that so garang without epidural for whole birth process? haiz. me wanted natural.. with nothing. end up having everything.. damm.. how long u took to give birth to bel?
 


wah.. so crowded ah the gym. how come everytime i go to the playgym.. marine parade and vivo.. no pple one leh.. hmmm.. class also not as crowded as u all described it to be leh. max 8 bbs.. hmm....

waterbag must prick before epi la.. cos some pple after break waterbag, may not feel pain.. as in, there are cases of pple who has painless labour.. so they won't ask u to take epi first before labour starts.. hmm, having your head up.. aren't u kind of sitting up.. in a reclining position on the delivery bed? Cos I think that's what happened in my case.. cannot be totally lying down mah.. must be in a reclined position..

Yalor the Gymboree that day was sooooo crowded.. quite bad hor, they didn't do crowd control.

i so pain coz the gynae got to insert real in to picha my bag...hmm..or was it coz my bag so hard to break meh? haizz...but once break, i feel the gush of warm water!! whahaha..

astro, that's when i kip asking nurse if i pee!!
 
i was in the delivery suite from midnite till almost 11pm the next day. if idin get anything to eat, think i wld have fainted liao

imagine breakfast time come & go, lunch time also reached liao, no sign of bb. ask gynae whether i can eat, so he asked nurse to give me light lunch, by tea time i getting slightly depressed liao. so can imagine come dinner also no sign of bb.
until 9pm, told husb i want c-sect liao. but in the end still do normal delivery
 
autum: i not too sure abt the whole thing. coz i am one of those pple that u mentioned that water bag break.. but not pain one. i think epidural very strong lah.. quite flat leh.. not as reclined as u described ..i think i more lying down then reclined.. seriously..

so many bbs.. wah..hmmm.. that's why i really feel that kindermusik classes.. better arranged.. not as chin cai leh..

MAsh: 1st jan morning.. was at home. then water bag leaked a little.. i hurriedly wake up.. thought i pee.. then thought how come like that one. .haiz still thought can enjoy holiday. then went toilet check.. gush liao.. then confirm liao.. called TMC to ask if need go in.. then they haven't pick up. i know must go liao.. what a way to spend the new year!. haiz..
 
Anna has been waking up a couple of times at night since she s sleeping in her own room. She ll stand up in her cot crying, sometimes upon seeing us, then she ll let herself down and sleep again. Other times, we adjust her back to sleeping position. Why har? Do u think it s becos she knows there s no one else in the room and she s testing if we will go to her when she cries?

Astro: Anna also pushes her palms
on the floor, but she ll go into a pumping up position. Then she will lift up one leg and balance on 3 limbs. I have no idea she s capable of doing yoga.

Pink: Buy a table that s tall enuf. Not sure how tall that table is. But I have another popz on table, it s too low. When anna is standing, she ll have to bend her legs/waist to hold onto the table - so not so useful.

Me going to sleep liao.. Another day of travelling before going home..

Tat day I went playgym also no one leh but of cuz I went on fri morning. When is the next massive gymboree session huh cuz my NLB coupon not used yet. Must use before end dec!

YIKES!!! Just remembered that my similac yoghurt still in fridge, today 4th le think must buang liao...

u know hor, until now i still a bit angry when I think about it.. my doc didn't tell me that he was going to prick my water bag.. until after he did it! when he pricked, i felt a bit of pain (those pricking pain) but I didn't know, I thought he was just checking my cervix to see if dilated or not.. only after that then he mentioned.. and hor, I didn't feel any water gushing.. cos I think EJ's head was very low liao.. actually when the doc prick the bag hor, he scratched EJ's head leh! 3 scratches on his head!!! actually we also didn't realise until the next day when we saw how come got 3 scratch marks on his head.. then we realised must be when he prick the bag, the prick sratched his head! Quite scary hor..

Hmm, come to think of it.. must be because EJ's head very low liao.. so that's why my induced-labour was relatively quick.. (few hours)

u took epi before your labour started? yours also induced? hmm, in my case, my doc quite laid back one.. to him, epi can take anytime.. so no need to rush lor.. he asked me to try out the pain! he said who knows maybe i can take it leh.. my doc got weird sense of humour..
 
Hmm, I'm also induced and sent in for emergency c-section. So sad that I missed my dinner. And then I woke up from the GA before they are completely done with me. What a nightmare...

for my new year, i kana food posioning! end up staying home..coz on the eve, i was at hosp on observation..but discharge within few hours lah..

yikes! but u didn't feel any pain right when u woke up and they were still not done? i am sure the numbness still there right?

i also took epi before labour started, mine was induced, cervix about2cm, so dr wong pricked my waterbag etc...then drip..15mins into the delivery ward, i asked for epi, since paying for it, may as well use early.
im going to load the pictures into our facebook group folio...hahha how come leia looking at the camera again?

i think i cannot use cot for leia, im sure she will knock herself like Jo...

today my maid complain my gal like little monkey, she hold on to the top of the playpen, raise her feet and push onto the netted sides, trying to climb out and raise her head above the top...she said the playpen will topple soon...really shang nao jing...

I also took epi before labour started.. but what i meant was, taking epi AFTER pricking waterbag.. not before pricking waterbag..

Leia is photogenic mah.. she smart girl, knows how to look at camera (pose!).. heh heh.. I can't get EJ to pose nicely lor.

my gynae only pricked the waterbag after i was 10cm dilated. damn, took all 22hours to get 10cm !!!

does your bb have constipation after converting to enfapro?
today my maid asked me to change cos she feels that leia's poo poo getting harder after the switch, but it seems normal tat a lot of babies are experiencing this.

my maid also very kua zang, she said leia slim down a lot, backside no more, face slim slim, so she wake herself up at 3am by using alarm clock, just to feed Leia...i faintz...

the room is very small and narrow, cannot even shift any furniture..put mattress beside and keep watch of her...

erm, we are not very sure if the scratches were caused by the doc.. but we can't think of any other explanations.. cos the scratches were right in the middle at the top of the head.. but anyway not serious la.. it's those superficial scratches.. after a few days, the blood/skin dried and peel off.. so ok lor.

re: Constipation
hm, since Pink brought up milk poweder, I wanted to tell you mummies for some time liao.. you may wanna try Immunofortis (by Dumex). cos some time back, I got a free sample can.. then I just let EJ take it for his morning feed.. other feeds still took his usual Similac.. then remember sometime ago, I told u gals that EJ poos a lot.. like 5 times a day! After thinking through, me and hubby concluded that it's due to this Immunofortis brand..

I think hor, it's due to all the prebiotic stuff.. it's like the live culture bacteria that you gals wanted to make the yoghurt for.. so I think that causes EJ to poo like crazy.. cos in the first place he doesn't have poo poo problem.. maybe those of you keen, can try bah..

it have someting that makes the poo soft soft.
Keira is drinking this now (ever since she swithc to step 2), she poo every motning in her potty, on the dot somemore.
sometimes she poo in the afternooon as well.

yday she poo 4x, today 3x. Told nanny dun give her mixture also. she is due for her 9th mth check up this friday..hope everything is well. I have a que i MUST NOT forget to ask doc. Stimes i noticed Chloe will 'shudder'ie) raise her shoulders as if she ate sour stuff..i did give her bottle pear the 1st time i noticed..then she did a couple more times, auntie told me she may feel cold or she could be peeing..got such things meh? hmmmm

how are u? chloe still dun really eat porridge le..but she eats rice! funny :p my hubby dun really like to eat porridge when young n graduated to eating rice with soup quite soon...duno is it hereditary..most times i give her cereal with fish or minced meat etc hardly any porridge.

u can try giving cooking the rice a little softer with soup before feeding her.. maybe Chloe with P.. heee... as long as she's eating, who cares? heeee...

eh,autum, i was discussing this with yvonne last nite leh. cause i wantedt o switch to mamil gold. then hor, i think i am going to get a sample from Dr later. going for prevnar jab later.
I find promil gold also heaty.. and not poo ing much. sigh! enfapro also.. but some bb are ok with enfa pro.

pink, midnight feed no need bah.. if its a habit, then next time must wake up every night and do it.
 
pax/irin, tks for the advice. HB suggested letting Fabian sleep on a di lam by himself. Yes, he has his own room but u think we can start now? My nephew is one gd example y i dun start so early. Not sure if its due to waking up in the night and was scared cos nowadays, the nephew will say "pa pa(scare)" whenever the TV screen goes into a blank black screen. Anything little thing, he will say "pa pa". MIL see liao oso sianz cos a normal kid shldnt b so timid and scare easily by little things.

I think i might let Fabian sleep in the same rm as us since we hacked and combined two rooms into 1 MBR. Got ample space so let sleep wif us for the time being. Who noes, the no2 will comes along soon. heee....

Hey, ah bien oso dun realli like porridge. But MIL still cook and feed him. U noe lah, old pple dun realli like feeding cereals. They still wanna give porridge so let her be. While she was on holiday, i fed cereals most of the time and only gave minced pork porridge on saturday. Guess its the texture y Chloe dun enjoy eating it. Ah bien prefer the porridge to be grain type. Too sticky then he will show signs of vomitting. So its realli a challenge to feed him wif porridge. But hor, MIL kept telling me she got no problem feeding leh.

Hey mummies, dunno ah bien is gg tru another stage of growth spurt cos he is alys asking for milk. Last nite MIL fed him 220ml at 7pm then before 10pm, he is hungry again. And w/o the milk feed, he has problems sleeping. He will turn and turn ard on the bed and make alot of noises. So i gave him another 150ml and he KO immediately. I worried he will be hv indgestion.
 
mommies using dumex step 2: did u know they come in big tins too? i juz found out 2 weeks ago when buying at bukit merah ntuc. will be slightly cheaper than normal 800g tin

my son almost poo abt the same time every morning too

did i miss anything on this? can i buy a big tub and freeze in ice cubes since bb can't finish in time?

YE was down with runny nose and cough. everytime she sneezes, mucus would flow down and got to wipe her nose before she licks it! yuck! now when she sees the tissue coming, she will turn her head away first. not a very comfy feeling i suppose

going to buy the snuffles carol recommended tonight. i finally found it!

there goes my plan for this sat since most prob would have to stay at home to avoid the cold weather

mine's losing all the bb fats liao, my hubby kept telling me it's the "norm". but yours still chubby as ever. just like starfruit's rae

rae and k really look alike. seeing one of them reminds me of the other

you still putting the bb legs for rae? don't they leave a mark around the thighs? YE's thighs so fat that they leave a mark even when i put it as long as i can, near the knee area leh
