i am having some pressure at my mid rift.. making me very uncomfy. it is like those last tri when uterus pushsed against ribcage kind of feeling.. but impossible to be that now.. so the most logical guess is.. bloated stomach.. haiz.. must straighten my body then can breathe properly.. siao liao lor...
eat also no appetite..haiz.
 
QQ: You must rest, rest and rest some more.. No choice..

Astro: Think you're having indigestion. The baby is still too small to take up any siginificant space to push your stomach against the ribcage etc..

Pink: Haven't tested. Hubby said can't be so zun, so decided to wait a while more..
 
Astro/QQ: please take good care of yourself and be strong... don't hu si luan xiang and think too much.. take it easy...

QQ: actually my other collig who is preggy now says she actually had menses when she is supposedly 1 month preggy... cos she didn't miss her menses, when she miss and chk with gynae, she was already 2 mths preggy? so guess it's possible...

but if it's detachment, then it would be serious... maybe u want to consider request to be reviewed by specialist?

Astro: i think my hb will just send me back to my mom's place... won't even consider taking leave... so guess mine's worst lah...:-(

i very sian... going to bkk for biz trip next wed to fri and have been waiting for my menses to come since this fri.. usually won't be late one... now i stress... don't want to have heavy menses at bkk leh... so hot and le jay...sian...
 
AA: maybe i phrase it wrongly... i meant tender breast which is a sign of preg... since u breastfeeding, i assume, u still have quite a "full" breast... and i was using chest to make it sound better... hahaha... if u get wat i mean...

ya... this 2 days nv slp well... bel sick... keep coughing once she slp... den cough till wake up... den once she wake up.. she cry, cos veri uncomfortable... den sam wake up... end up i don get to rest lor... so i think i also falling sick... coughing on and off sometime... den today weather veri hot... got headache... den shoulder ache... neck also ache... ai yo!!! just pop panadol in the evening... now i feel more energetic... at least i don feel pain here and there... the ache.. lol!

i just switched my gal to soy to confirm if she's allergic to cow's milk since she's been falling sick every month and even when she's well, she'll cough with milk intake... sigh...

1st night I slept on the stupid so-called "sofa bed" then 2nd night cannot tahan, went to zzz with Reyes on her cot too, haha!!

The nurses didn't come into our room very often, maybe cos we were supposed to be isolated. ;p

(i got a bfing tag to clip on the curtains... she tot i bfing... come and and see my kiao ka!!!) wahahaah....

oh ya... did i report that we'e booked a korea trip over the Natas fair? be going there in May... meant to go in jul when it would be hb's bday, but cos both my subs will be delivering in Jun and jul respectively, we decided to shift the trip to May instead...

reporting from my new home, Elisha seem very enjoy here, keep playing and rolling on the floor.

Today went shopping with sis cos can’t be present, have to praise hb, he did all the chor kang, he clean the house, move with the mover, unpack & fix all the necessary thing and mop the floor before he call us to come back.

Me miss my house now, tomorrow going back to clear misc things there, hope I get adapt to new house soon.

I only made it twice. Easier to get those bottled ones from supermarkets but will diluted it with water.

Here's the recipe.

Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce
200ml Clean Tap Water
2tbs Light Soya Sauce
2tbs Mirin (Sweet Japanese Wine)
0.5tsp Light Brown Sugar
1 thin slice Young Ginger

You can use these to marinate the fish 1st then another additional portion to poach the salmon or cod fish with.

it's Sweet Japanese Wine, think should be ok bah. RR had been having this quite often. I'll add white rice wine into the vege and meat I cook for them too. A little bit should be fine unless she's allergic to alchohol then maybe not.
