ya, think some people and kids don't like cos of the strong taste, my hubby also don't like.

ya, brown in colour and people use for braised stuff. Oh no, if you don't like it then you better not prepare for Bel liao else no one eats it if she don't eat. :p

yalor.. actually last night I was a little bit worried initially.. cos crab and bamboo clam.. machiam very "du2" like that.. at the back of my mind, i was hoping that EJ won't have any reaction.. and heng ah.. no allergic reaction! Yeah!

if u don't want the crab-stick to open, don't boil so long. take out and de-froze fully then just throw in at the last..

u eat ngoh-hiong outside? ngoh-hiong is wu-xiang.. and they call it that because the meat is marinated with the wu-xiang-fen. so it's that taste.. yes brown powder. I really don't like so I don't eat ngoh-hiong outside. only eat those made by my aunt cos she don't put that powder!

how to rush the flat? i think earliest u get will be end of this yr. u see, tax assessment, if fast, will be may/june. then u get loan assessment, will be july. look see flat, another 1-2mths, depending on luck, so say sep. then 1st appt, 2nd appt, all in all 3 mths, dec liao! plus reno here there, at least 1 mth. u'll be lucky if u move in before next CNY!

my hb also like tat, everytime I just watch what ever channel the switch to. sometime if the program too boring I will ask him "you really want to watch this ha?" then he will pass the controller to me. :p me <strike>xiao</strike> lao ba wang.

i was supposed to celebrate her bday on 26, but she was sick. postpone to 27. actually wanted to bring her out on 27, but let her celebrate w her friends in school. so in the end i cancel my leave n go work, but too much work.

swmon, wow sounds interesting! we din have that with SA tours. u bringing sylvia along? anthea ate only plain rice + seaweed tofu soup almost every meal coz everything else is either spicy or raw or not suitable.. we lost wt aft our tour! hahaha

Edde: ya... that's y we chose them... more interesting... not bringing S this time, think she's too tough to manage and with guided tour, she won't get to nap... will be quite challenging... weather and food all also may be an issue for her...

we planning to bring her to hk or smewhere nearer end of the year... we need a break now...
