ya lor, soup is good to go with rice also. I also give them abit of the lor gravy on their rice but I'll try not to cook it too salty. Reyes loves lor chicken wings maybe cos the meat is soft.

wah.. haven let her try so strong gravy yet... maybe i should just let go and give her all kinds of food...

ok... hopefully not... last time she is allergy to lentils... also chic pea... don noe abt alchohol... but she tasted teriyaki sauce before... so i think should be fine...

RR: lor chkn sounds shiok! i also give that...but hor i think i shdn't feed her cos i picky abt food.. will only give her the meat but not the skin or any other stuff that i don't like... so her food also very boring liao...
 
yvonne: i think teriyaki is a bigger jump then lor sauce lei.. more complex cos of the ingredients and it's a thicker sauce...

really ha? so far she nv take dark sauce before... onli got salt, teriyaky, curry, chilli, tomato... (tasting onli) not added in the food... lol!!!!

hmmm, no lah cos if give the teriyaki sauce diluted, it's not as strong flavoured as lor gravy cos lor gravy will have those spices taste as well, some kids might not like it.

No wonder you so skinny leh. RR are just like me, a rubbish bin that eats everything, will grow fat easily.

I give Reyes the whole mid-joint chicken wing and she finished everything including the skin (of cos left the bones). No time for me to choose what to give and what not to give. haha!!

I was so surprise, she only been here twice, this afternoon I bring her back here, she can just play for abt 20min and fall sleep.
Our lease is one year, hope we can settle with a house by Nov then can move in by end Feb.

House moving is very tiring de, maybe my thing too many liao I really scare of the packing process.

you are scaring me now. I'm left with 2 weeks and I had only packed 2 small boxes of clothes, don't know where to start so keep procrastinating.
 
Yvonne: that's y i say listen to the SAHM chef... me buay zun... hahaha...

Irin: actually kids shd eat all the fats and all kinds of food... RR's correctly brought up and fed... that's y i say i shdn't be feeding mah... me choosey... but i personally don't like the skins.. even fried ones...so my colligs always say i waste the "gem" in food...
 
HJ: ya the packing and unpacking, cleaning and all are not wat i like of new house, just the new house alone is wat i like... hahaha... understand, all these work, plus reno is all no joke...

good lah, at least Elisha is ok with the place...

RR: 2 wk's quite soon liao.. better start working on it...

heehee, maybe me too slow, I took 2 mths to pack, total 54+ctns large to medium boxes, aside those my hb hand carry cloths and misc thing that daily use.

How is your reno going on?

too much of those oily skin not good for kids also. I don't eat the skin of white chicken also, hehe. Ya, kids will always follow what the parents eat.

Like that day we had sweet and sour pork with those bell chillis (the colourful ones) and I just scooped them aside cos I don't like those. RR saw what I did and did the same thing too, scooped and put those aside. Then I told hubby next time die die also must finish all the vege on our plates.

my contractor's quite good, had been trying to get everything done on time. Tiles for the flooring and toilets had been laid liao, next week will do the electricity, lightings, aircon and painting. Should be on time for us except for the carpentry work only bah.

We won’t unpack out stuff, only take out those daily used thing, the rest will leave it in the boxes, dun want to go thru the packing process again. ;P

RR: i always feed her first, so she don't get to see what/how i eat but i onli feed her what i eat... hahaha... same hor...

surprise hor, I already throw/give away quite many things liao, this morning before I leave home I count the ctns, me also can’t believe, when the mover come and quote us, he say will give us 30ctn box but it wont enough for us, I dun believe but end up we bought few big toyogo box + some empty box in my storeroom, add up 54ctns. It exclude Elisha’s toys **faint**
just now told hb if we downgrade to 4rooms, think not enough place for us to keep my things.

i feel so bad for not saying bye to them and i also hvnt got them a present.. din get to see them today coz only see movers, but they left anthea a present before they left. they sold their 5-room to a PRC couple for 406k and moving to telok kurau.. gd that elisha likes the new house!

swmon, u going to korea F&E or with tour group?? i went with SA tours to korea last yr june..

mix soy sauce w sesame oil n a dash of pepper. u can even add wu xiang fen. seasoning for stir fry meat...

You can try blanching instead of boiling. Cannot cook for too long else before soft then not nice liao. Actually I don't cook it if I use for crab mayo sandwich.

lol!!! i noe u would say this when u see my post... wahahaha!!!! eh... wad is wu xiang fen? i veri headache lei... when i open up the drawers/cupboards in the kitchen... all the bott are not stated... all white colours powders... don noe is it white flour, corn flour or wad flour and powders... i just.... totally... give up! lol... so... even marinating hor... i think i also got prob.. wahahahaha...
 
mummies, just to share, I am so proud of EJ when we brought him to cut his hair 2 nights ago. He just sit there quietly on the chair and let the Uncle cut.

no fussing no screaming. just turned his head round a couple of times. now I m wondering whether next time EV will also sit guai-guai and cut hair.. but at least EV is a girl, so if she fusses, i can always let her keep long hair! lol..

last night we went to Turf city Ah-Yat restaurant to eat live-seafood.. not bad. for those who like seafood, can consider that place.. free parking and not very crowded.. there is 50% off live-seafood during weekdays and 40% off during weekends.

"wu xiang fen" is spices powder (anise star, cinnamon, white pepper & etc ...) Very nice smell.

I also din say good bye to my neighbour, cos we not so close, only will say hi bye type. maybe new few days if we go back and happen to meet them will say bye to them.

was abt to post and say THANK YOU to you for referring us to the mover, hb feed back their service really good, very prompt, they finish moved in 2hrs time and help to arrange the carton box nicely.

you can get from supermarkets, can find at those pepper/condiments section. It's in a small bottle stating 5 spices powder (wu xiang fen).

last night we let EJ eat all the seafood! crab, bamboo clam.. cooked in those sauce in restaurant. he ok la. i think as long as no allergy, can eat anything liao!
 
Wah piang, Yvonne, you make me hungry again. now can't ask hb buy me supper cos he is inside the room with Elisha and think he really tired.

Try to get the house ready before you move in, it quite tedious for them to do work after you move in.

i hate wu-xiang-fen! hahaha... cos i always feel that the smell/taste is too strong. altho i like star-anise, but can't stand wu-xiang-fen.

I let Reyden eat all seafood liao also but Reyes will have outbreak of ezcema so can't eat. So sad for her, she'll miss out on the great food.
