M is w a church kindergarten. it's only 3 hrs. it's not a matter of notti things. my parents cannot handle him anymore. he's ok when we r ard. it's a diff story when we r not.
 


Pax, Kira also started naughty stuff ever since she started playgroup. First, she pushed then, last month she started with scratching faces. Now she knows it's not okay, she even said to me, 'hit, no, not okay.' 'love, okay' She is better now.

Guess M will miss his friends.
Sounds sad but it's part of their growing phase.
They have to learn to adapt to new world arnd them.

oh ya, the thing about "men - we know we can rely on them when we really need them ..." I also wanna give credit to kent for the 2 days when I was in the hospital with Reyes. He took very good care of Reyden, sent him to & fro school, COOKED, fed, bathed him & put him to zzz. He even handwashed Reyden's uniform. haha!!

no lah. it's Jo. M used to go half day CC when Jo was borned. when he was 3, we started him in church kindergarten... vv smart but too witty for my mom..

i know he will be happy there. all the kids there r happy. i'v not pulled him out officially fr his kindergarten (we made the decision during dinner). will let him trial at Jo's CCC these 2 wks, then it's school holidays already. if all ok, then will inform kindergarten formally.
it's for the better. he's generally well behaved in school n outside. nobody will believe me if i say he's notti.

Some of the kid like tat, when parent around they will behave. They know who to bully.
Can sense M is a very sensible boy, he must be feel sad cos he going to leave his friend in kindergarten. Give him sometime to settle in CCC.

mine very "fast hand fast leg", started hacking yesterday liao. :p The wet works and basics should be done by 3rd wk of Mar then we'll move in while they do the carpentry work and the rest. Very rush for us cos completion will be in the last wk of Mar.

You have the time so should take it easy. Things won't turn out good if too rush.

it's like that. People always tell me Reyden is well-behaved outside but he's a terror when my mum (or last time my maid) is around. I feel is pretty good from your descriptions, M shouldn't have any problem there.

Re: cakes
Now that Mejo mentioned about Swenson cakes, then I remember about RR's Polar cakes. The chocolate ones we had are quite nice. Even my hubby who don't like cakes like it.

you did lot of reno work? wah it quite rush to finish reno in 3 weeks time, we took 3mths to settle.

Dun be rush for reno, must coordinate and plan properly.
 
Need help here, Reyes had got very dry cracked lips. She keeps wanting to peel off the dried "skin". Anyone has any lip balm for kids to recommend?

I feel stress for you, redo whole house not tat easy, you really need to monitor their work closely and you are so urgent if anything goes wrong you have no time to correct also.

you can't ask for extension of your current house? Maybe you pay the buyer rental to stay another mth? Or get a temp place to stay first?

ya lor, just like today, the owner went to terminate the water and electricity supply instead of transferring then the workers couldn't do the tiling works. Have to wait till Thurs then can resume. I'm stressed too.
The buyer had sold off their flat and also requested for us to let them move in asap. It was agreed on when we signed the OTP. We thought of temp place but very difficult to move everything and the 2 kids twice leh. We'll see how then ...

I got to see some of the 3D drawing of my house only after they almost done up the whole things, cos I corrected/rejected their 2D drawing many times ;P

btw, the 3D drawing not exactly same as the ready product, it depend on the material used and the workmanship as well.

yes, i had a student in germany, had severe chapped lips, always use grandma recipe: butter. Good butter works even better.

Wah then you lost 2 days, how come the seller like tat, your agent din coordinate for you?
Maybe you try to move to your parent or IL place first, as for the stuff, you can store it with store hub temp.

to me the 3D drawing not so important lor, they can draw very nice but come out diff thing, I saw my friend house the 3D drawing very de nice, but saw the finish product…

We've thought of all the alternatives liao but none will do. My dog and my mum's dog can't get along, my PIL's place is too small for all of us & etc ... Worse come to worse will go stay at chalet.

can't blame your hb lah, sure he wont know this kind of things mah, is the agent should advice your.
I saw from papers there is some rental house for temp, maybe you try see can get one to rent for 1 or 2 mths.

I mean they couldn't give me the 3D drawings in time then got to start hacking liao. Anyway I was busy after RR got HFMD.

I trust this ID cos half of my office's colleagues and my boss let him do their house reno so I don't mind him starting work 1st. He'll let me see the 3D drawings within these 2 days lor.

hubby's civil servant and my mum's with NTUC so I can get good rates for chalets, hehe. The price maybe will come up to the same as renting a place bah.

mine is hb colleague’s friend, can’t remember his co name, he dun really advertise his co, all thru mouth (that why he charge much cheaper then other ID co) so far everyone saw my house and my sis’s also like their workmanship, told hb if I going to reno our future house I will look for him too.

You hb can rent aloha? Their bungalow at Aloha pasir ris quite big.

no one can visualise by the small pcs of lamination, tat time I make my ID bring me a big pic or bring me to the shop to see the actual things instead,

Ya moving to my rental place this sat, just next blk nia, so we still neighbour for the next 1year. ;P
