Ya, I think workmanship quite important. Chose this current ID cos I've seen my colleagues and boss' places quite well done up. Hope mine won't be too far from those cos of the time constraint ...

I've been there a few times when I was younger. Find the place quite scary at night leh ...

Think NTUC chalets would be good cos got lots of facilities for RR. WWW, Escape, EK ... wah, they'll really go wild.

ya I feel it too, we hold Elisha's 1st mth there, night time abit quiet and the chalet is too big and old. but tat time we din stay overnight, after the event we went home.

small world ..i went to her neighbour's hse at another blk to kpo on the reno with hubby..then saw her with her hubby too..her place should be faster than mine cos saw workers cleaning up her place liao.

yeah talk abt chalet i m scared too..last yr book 3d2n , ended up nearly went home on day 1 cos all suddenly dun want to stay, was quite upset cos hubby was hosp just a wk before n i dun dare to stay there alone lor..

tat house not at punggol end, is next to punggol MRT nia, not to scare you, it quite near your house ;P but think they doing some contruction work there and the new BTO flat is opp.

I dun like to stay in chalet, found it abit uneasy, everytime we rent chalet I only stay the most 1 night or will go home immediately.
Last mth went to friend’s chalet at safra changi, very nice, very cosy place, like newly built bungalow was thinking to ask him book for my boy 1st mth.

I like to stay in chalets leh. Got all the facilities and no need to clear up the place. hehe.
Safra Changi? Where is it? I heard that National Safra Resort at Tanah Merah had their reno also and the chalets are very very nice now.

hee ya lor opp compasspoint .. for SK i only know how to go compasspoint..for punggol i only know how to travel from NEL to my new place.. go ikea n go my sis place haha. take wat bus to punggol plaza i also duno

think is the Safra Resort you mentioned, I not sure where is the exact location cos when we go there is already very late, I only know we passed by changi.

double storey with walk in wardrobe in the bedroom? I like that place cos their chalets are quite clean & spacious but without the scary feeling. RR had their 1st birthday celebration there but that time not yet renovated.

that one have to be the country club member then will be cheap else will be $180 for 3 days 2 nights. hmmm ... will be $1800 for a month, wonder if they have special rates for a month stay. :p

I din go up and see their bedroom, I like the environment, really very very nice, but hb said it not convenience for those without transport.

1.8k is good price with the facilities, we rent 5rooms HDB already cost 1.6k/mth lor.

think back I should go and check do they have mthly rental hor. ;P

ya, that place if no transport will be troublesome. Will consider that also if they have special rates for monthly stay else Downtown East will be cheaper leh.

so your next option is stay chalet? if so think you dun rush your contractor liao. let them do the work properly with no excuses on time restrict.

actually its ok lah.. u will feel very comfy and light aft the session coz u perspire a lot.. and feel very man3 zu2 aft "accomplishing" the session..

Kai is gg to attend his playgroup next wk cos I stopped him tat time as he fell sick.
Then might as well wait till after his bday.
He's noti as usual :p nowadays he wan to do things HIS way.

Yday I was OT in office & got a call fm mom at 8pm.
Kai doesnt want to sleep at Porpor's place; he wants to go home.
The cries sound so kelian.
I had to rush there n pick him up.

Need to let off steam here.....
Last night went hm, still feeling sick and sleepy and really hope to sleep early. Then who know my mil say she's also feeling sick and slept at 9plus. While my hubby still proceed to go play his ball game.... leaving me alone w my son who is still active and playing!! I was quite mad loh, here i am sick, he goes and play and enjoy, while i tahan to take care of my xavier until he sleeps at 10.30pm!!...... so piss loh!

Men really huh, need some spanking leh..... cannot make assessment properly one leh, die die still wanna go play ball game.... .sigh
 
kai: where do u live har? i know ur office is at Lor Chuan right?
how come Kai has to sleep at por por place last nite? hb not around?

I stay at Bedok Reservoir - home ride is 20min or so.
My hb normally knock off after 9plus.
If i OT in office, Kai will zzz at porpor place.
He's ok usually..think he missed the fun at home.

Esther keep asking me whether can change her to half day or not. Cos half her class is half day. But i said no cos i'm working.

I bought swenson ice cream cake before. There is a compartment, triangle shaped inside the cake box to put the dry ice. Normally they will put the dry ice there.

Yes we came back last Aug. Kira sweats all the time be it here or in germany cos she never sits still. She's an angel when she's SLEEPING:)

I understand. Man somehow can't read between the lines like ' I'm not feeling so well.' They need us to tell them straight in the face, 'stay home, I'm going to bed now!' My HB is the same, when it comes to waterskiing or tennis, he die die has to go.
 
irin : when sign OTP u did not sign "tenancy" for extension of stay?? that is very important.. so the buyer cannot "chase" u out.. and as for ur PUB.. u acutally can just apply online for transfer.. whether they cut it or not .. does not matter.. cos PUB will "auto-transfer" once u apply.. den u will save $40
