i'm back.

hmmm.. ok oj time in hong kong, enjoyed the cool weather and quiet moments with miser but coughed my lungs out there.. and on steady diet of panadol, cough syrup and flu cogestant..

missed teng.. or rather worried.. coz when i left he still wasnt well. mum worse, even more sick.. haiz.. ok , that was past. so teng went back to dr seow another time, had ulcer on tongue.. and lot more wieght and sleep.. mum told me he has very dark eye rings and lost a lot of weight. will have to 'assess the damage' to my chubby boy tomorrow.. haiz.. when i see bbs in HK. .i think of teng!

ya.. combatting with the flu virus in HK.. but still ok.. miser very patient and took good care of me..so i still had quite a good time.. stylo me.. ha! sick still went on roller coaster and that vertical plunging ride at ocean park.. stylo hor? haha.. gung ho astro.. then went to the Peak.. the wind so strong.. me with my weight also felt blown away.. ha!

just that i was ver yfed up with the constant coughing and sneezing.. worried that HK pple think i got SARs mah..

huskie: aiyo..the driver so yaya ah! u shd have complained about him! i heard from 1 taxi uncle b4...actually they r very afraid of complaints wan..esp ntuc comfort. cos every complaint they will be called up to la3 kopi w the higher ups.. then got point system for them... deduct till 1 extent will get suspended or sacked.. n fined wan. so they very scared wan. plus hor alot of them share cabs... sub to frens... not under co regulations wan...so if u complain they get into trouble. now dat we r paying so high cab fares, of cos we wanna expect more service right! next time jus write down his lic plate...scare him oso good..

autum: the restaurant std i not sure, cos have not tried after they moved fr tiong bahru. anyway the catering group n the restaurant diff chef wan ma... how to expect restaurant std at buffets? comparing buffet stds, it is still good la..hee..some restautabts dun even serve so good curry! heh...hope the one u got is good too la! then we have more choices in future!

Forgot to ask you - are you ordering for a lot of pple? Cos the last time I ordered from Delihub for 45 pax, I ordered beehoon. The sales exec was really nice. She said that for 45 pax, the beehoon amount is 2 trays, and she said that it's so boring to have all beehoon, so she can give me 1 tray of beehoon and 1 tray of fried rice for variety. IMO, the beehoon is nicer, but some pple also like curry on rice.
You can ask for this if you're having 2 trays of this main.

Actually I didn't notice if Spotlight has patterns for boys, cos I was just so engrossed with the girls' stuff. Will check for you next time I go!

I see which baby you're referring to! She's not fat at all! I'd give anything to have my baby put on some weight like that... all the aunties are always saying my baby is too small and too skinny, like a 8-mth-old! Then they'll start to interrogate me on what exactly I feed my baby.
Don't worry, my nephew was bigger than your Bel, and once he started toddling, he's lost it all. My sis changed his nickname from Potato to Sweet Potato, cos more elongated now.

Yeah, actually my dad is a taxi driver too. He was surprised when he heard about what happened, cos he said taxi drivers are generally quite careful not to get into trouble.
That taxi-driver actually gave me the receipt, and challenged me to call the hotline stated on the receipt and complain about him. Told me no need to note down number plate cos receipt has it too.
So after much contemplating over the weekend, I called up Comfort to complain last night.
I'll feel a little bad if he gets into very big trouble though, cos I know time is money for taxi-drivers, and they're just trying to earn a bit more by getting to the destination faster. But my bro told me it's more important that they drive safely so that the same thing wouldn't happen to other babies.

huskie: yeah..sometimes feel bad dat they kena penalised. for eg, if we happen to be in a hurry, we will allows hope that they will be less careful and drive 'slightly' faster. but it's his arrogant attitude and his thinking that ppl wun be bothered to complain that irritates me! will be good to teach him a small lesson and 'wake up his idea'! alamak i so mean!!! last time got 1 comfort cab picked up a woman who hijacked a queue for cab... i was so pissed i pointed at the car plate and shook my index finger at him nia, he faster asked the woman to alight... haaa.... the stupid woman pretend to be on the phone and neva 'see' the queue!! end up she gotta come down in front of so many ppl n embarrass herself. heh.. n i was not even next in the queue! =p too bad, i was in a bad mood dat day...cos pissed with the service of a stupid bank and was boiling!!
