Having cheezer.
Swmon,
not the previous owner, I renting the house from them nia. They left lots of new toiletry behind too, the TV is in the inventory list so can’t move with us.

If they sold their flat about the same time as mine it consider low, but also depend on their valuation report. There is one at blk 160 sold at 450+K.
Can’t count like tat, on paper you earn a lot but dun forget you have to pay back CPF+interest, HDB load, unless you load less if not really not what you see lor.

i dun have a metallic/burning taste at my throat..but def the pressure at the stomach area might be simmilar.. in any case having a slice of bread now.. this list of food eases heartburn..

hahaham that is what I told my friends when they ask me why I move out from Punggol since they developing here. Hope they started the project cos I saw some work going on next to MRT.

me here alone cause everyone went GUG.
hope mr lai and sil can gaodim tian later.
pax, yalor i am resting. and come in once in a while. just talk to my boss. he is so busy and i am now calling my coligs to delegate stuff cause tomorrow morning got an important demo session.
jo's hair is so cute.
Autum, next time i bring tian to see EJ having his haircut. she refuse to go for haircut. i ask her so many times, she said NO. that day in the plane the attendant asked tian to buckle the safety belt but tian told him "no" . he was stunt for a while. we treat tian as infant but they want her to buckle cause she is already a toddler.

hmm, i think for EJ, it helps that he is a boy having haircut because what happens is, sometimes when Mr Wong go cut hair, we also bring EJ along and he will see his papa having haircut.. then he wants to follow papa and be like papa.. so I think that's why he can sit there and let the uncle cut (we go those neighbourhood shop).
For Tian, maybe u try one day bring her to observe other people cut hair. Either yourself of Mr Lai.. then maybe she see already, she will want to cut hair too.

SURE can dong till then one.. coz now u bed rest liao. ur bb still survivied during the worst period (back in KL).. chances are high now

anyone of u had to do this Ford survey (i think it from those who graudated for sim/ntu/nus).. wah. first time i seen a survey being so 'persistent'.. send reminders via email.. make phone calls.. and now, they turn up in person to ask u to do.. and the best part.. the survey is OPTiONAL one.. (they said they cannot meet the quota needed) wah. times are bad huh? dunnoif it was the employees who had to go and chases household by household.. or temp staff they hired..

super hot weather today, went hunting for furniture but to no avail..now i came back with a headache from all that walking..
Yday was at my sis place celebrating chloe's bday for her..simple bbq only..then the night ended with her falling down from the bench , made me lose my mood liao..she scream so loud wah my heart sim tia..think she is ok la..will post pics whe i not so lazy
..met evelyn & kira at the function room too..kira very friendly n approached chloe for a friendly hug first..chloe tut tut stand there
