I think this is quite standard cos Angel also received it before.

I dun tink weekdays and weekend got much diff. But i wanna avoid the crowd. Alot of sg likes to go on weekends for short breaks, its quite tiring to see them here and to see them there as well.... Sianz.... LOL

not arab prince lah, sporean. we have common fren working there. i was there for work, he was there for work at the same time, so we got to know each other more over there. The jeep ride in the desert, camal riding, watching belly dancing..unforgettable

Yeah, the exposure will be good. But now the sg market is also blooming. The uplift might not be as attractive in Q4 2008.

The rates are cheaper til end July 2008. August, Sept and Oct are abt 20% higher for the villas.. Hmm......

My industry is not the same as the regular market outside. It will be up for the next 2-3 yrs basing on the upcoming projects. Its quite predictable dat the down will come in 5 yrs time, so now is the time to grab the $$.
