Angel: Your stuff is in my office. When will your hubby be free to come over? After this, you have no more stuff with me.
Pax: Yours too..
Caicai: Do you want to arrange your SIL to collect the loot from me? We're in the same building.
Kiki: How abt you? When will you come over to collect? Or you wanna wait for ON? But I don't know when those will arrive. Our order is still being processed.
Nana: Sama sama to you. When do you want to collect your stuff? I've brought them to the office.

bbgal,
I did not stop my massage session even when i was pregnant. Juz have to highlight to the masseur and they will avoid spots where is 'dangerous'. If in doubt, u can pop in to ask Fauziah. See wad she advise.
The Zoo 'myth' was one i abided during my pregnancy. I avoided Zoo for the entire 8 months. But it was more of the issue of SARS, birdflu and dunno apa ini animal virus dat was the concern.
Irin,
Every yr during CNY while qeueing for the hongbao TOTO, I dream the same dream of being a taitai.
QQ,
Wahahahahaha..... dats wad everyone thinks. I am short sighted lar. But I am always in my contacts so, no chance of knowing.
I still fearful of lasik coz i have frens who still tear after 4 yrs of lasik.. haiz...
aiyah, ppl nowadays where got pantang one. My fren getg married on 8-Aug-2008. 08/08/08. But check out the lunar calender. LOL....
HG,
I dun tink customised is dat much of a different cost if u pro-rate the size. For a good qlty wardbrobe, it can be quite costly as well. Alot of those ready mades ones are made of cheap plywood. Kinda filmsy and not really durable. A good sturdy one can last for generations not years.

irin, my hb dun buy toto. he is a man with vision, though no action. so, lets just dream ,ok? better than nothing.
huingee, i will be happie if tian throws balls at home, but she dun. she is more of an observer and si wen type, unlike her mummy. then she also like to instruct us to do things for her. wu liao.

Linda,
I spend $700 for a Ikea wandrobe. It's talk n have 4 big drawers for me to put their clothes. If i customised one will be more ex i feel and i can't move the cupboard if i shift. Cos i foresee i will shift house. Also i'm glad i think customise any cupboard for my kids room at that time. If i customise that time i will foresee what i need. I will just do a sliding wandrobe. But now i realise i need drawers to put their clothes. Hence i changed mine from 2 drawers at the bottom to 4 drawers at the top.

huingee, somehow, i have a feeling that if you wanna move house, just sell your house and stay in woodlnads. then good right? if you dun mind. but u can spend some $$ to do up woodlands one also.
tian's clothes is still placed inside a cheapo chest of drawers being place in my living room. maybe i should consider moving it to her room, to create more space.

bbmarch,
Some old myths are rooted in "truths" just that back then people dun understand why it happens and attribute it randomly to something else. For example, not going close to animals, I think most babies are born all squished up and their faces look animal like and people are always in contact with animals due to their work so... and of course, like what Linda mentioned some of these animals may carry diseases. However, species jumping disease like bird flu are extremely rare. We really aren't THAT similar.

My MIL always said that YT is so violent because I watched all the violent movies when I'm pregnant. Not just violent, I even watch horror movies. Kekeke. I watched "Stay Alive" in my last trimester. Even move house towards the end of my second trimester. Ate crabs, drink tea etc. Basically I think I nearly did about everything that I'm not supposed to do. Opps. Oh yar, and I went for a karaoke session and sang at the top of my voice, no wonder YT got so much "lung power". LOL.
wow this swankykid's BP kena hamtam until very bad.

HG,
Good dat u like ur ikea buy. I threw out my ikea cupboards within 2-3 yrs of use. Told u I have monkeys in my house, so they create havoc and spoil everything. LOL...
I have this super old 6 door wardrobe in my house. With storage ontop, drawers with locks and compartmentalising. Its is customised to fit the room length but can be taken apart individually (2 doors each). Thats the beauty of the old craftsman. They build the wardrobe so sturdy dat u can use for generations and yet flexible enough to pull apart to fit different wall lengths.

Re: ikea drawers.
Ikea have good quality and cheaper quality ones. So far i find this one quite good.
The previous one i have is $200 and really bad, the drawers, everything is coming off.
Made to measure ones are good.
QQ,
Mmm, don't want to shift to woodlands because of primary school. Would like to place Esther in Bt timah area primary school.
Really need to shift if Fil stay permanently with us.
