zenn very low morale one lah.. when i see my both feet like tat... i quickly took out my high heel shoe at home to test if i can fit in... haiz... like a pair pf pig's leg fitting into the shoe like tat.. sometimes it swell until i cant see my ankle at all!!

Leg Cramp:
I had very bad cramp on monday morning.. after that.. i got scared. now my hb massage my feet for me every night just before i go to bed.. think it helps to control the cramp.. *keeping my fingers cross*

i think it helps for me le.. maybe improve my blood circulation at feet area ba.. i got the "suan suan" feeling when he massage my feet lor.. after masasge.. i can sleep v v well.. n i think my leg not tt swollen also..

Icy, Janey, me got crampy feeling last evening. When I lay down to sleep, also got pain, but not sharp. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomache pain. Actually dunno if cramp or tummy pain. ANywayz, been having quite a lot of gas for the past few days.

I spent abt 2 weeks to finally get my blog up cos no one in my family can help me to change the source codes of the blog. I have to refer to other peoples' blog and start comparing the source codes to incorprate whatever details or fields i want to include in my blog. It's a super tedious process hor!

<font color="aa00aa">Swollen feet &amp; cramps:</font>
I recommend to wear socks when u sleep.. Do give ur feet a good massage prior to tat.. U can either place a bolster/pillow to elevate ur feet when u sleep. Can help to reduce water rentention at ur feet as well.. Hmmmm.. If i remember correctly, u should avoid drinking too much water at least 15 mins before bedtime.. Hope this helps..
