Hi daisybuttons,
I know which seat you are talking about! It is an infant car seat and not a convertible. It has a carrier handle right? I saw the dark blue one as well.... yep, agree that there is a same model (in red with some racing designs) on sale at robinsons earlier. It went out of stock and I think they restocked it with the dark blue version.
Hi littlepony,
Baby turns all the time. Final position will only be stabilised a couple of weeks before delivery. So now still super early and no cause for worry....
Hi ilovebabies,
Agree that the Aprica strollers are overpriced. Saw a row of Aprica strollers all selling for above $1K at Robinsons. But you can be surprised..... quite a few of my friends use Aprica.... Those who have no qualms about forking out $3-4K for this season's LV or Tod's will similarly find a $1K plus stroller peanuts..... Was at Isetan sale a couple of weeks back. There was this guy who wanted to buy a $659 Aprica stroller. Was told by the salesgirl that the blue model is completely sold out.... and the red model is left with the last piece, unless he doesn't mind the blue display piece. My jaws just dropped....
I inherited an Apica stroller myself from a friend, whose son uses it for less than 10 times cos he is spoilt by the maid and the in-laws (who stayed with them). Evidently they carried him everywhere. The minute he is put into the stroller, he starts crying non-stop and then he will be carried. In the end the stroller became a huge white elephant and dust collector in the condo. Really no point in spending so much on a stroller.... make sure that the baby wants to use it first.
