ehh bjg is on 15 april.. n aquaducks also 15 april? wooo.. headache.
lucida, i've asked speech therapist whether baby language is bad. but she said nope, it's okay (her opinion/what she studied) it helps teach the baby basic sounds also.. of cos u must use the real word also la..
like for the toy bus, we call it "ba-ba-ba" then we say "bus" at the end. so she learn how to go ba-ba-ba also..
think my explanation is abit off. but these are the list of sounds n words that we're learning now: http://www.learningtolisten.org/listsounds.php. i guess kids who are able to hear naturally probably learn differently so this would not be relevant. just thought i'd share what i've learnt

Hi mummies,
Wah, was absent for 1day & there's already so much posts to catch up!! Brought Kaylyn to S'pore Power Bldg to meet my ex-colleagues for lunch.
MTDT,
Kaylyn was trying to push her toy box & walk (aka like wat Zavier did wif his stool). But cos her toy box has wheels, she fell & bump the back of her head AGAIN!.sigh...luckily she quickly calmed down after I distracted her wif other things. Then I quickly apply cold compress to her head.

Yah, my hse's side table in the living room also got wheels. Kaylyn will crawl to the side table & attempt to hold my weights. But cos she's not strong enough, she only managed to move the weight & the whole table move together...so frightening...Told hb to remove the wheel since ages ago...he said ya ya but till now still.......sigh!
For push along walker, the wheels not so 'slippery', right? As in, there's still some resistance?

Sorry, missed ur msn. Was busy scouting for bedroom furnishings. So far only went to Novena, Furniture Warehse @ Thomson & some shops at Kaki Bukit. All quite ex, only Novena's price is reasonable cos think they having sale now...Less than $1K can get 1 bedroom set already..hee..hee..Then need to paint walls & change wardrobe laminate, so busy...dunno how to proceed wif bb around in the hse though.

YB - Nope... not true. I have a old FP push along walker at my mum's plc. (those with a panel infront one) it's super slippery... no resistance one. even till now, i will stand by Zavier side when he hold on to tat.
I recently got another hippo push walker... it's slightly better maybe becos the base is bigger thus not so easy to move it.
for tat table, maybe u wan to push it somewhere else first... like against a wall would be "slightly" better.
why u need to reno again?
