Mummies who have prepared chocolate fondue or tried chocolate fountain before, how do u preserve fruits like apples, etc after u cut them?? How to prevent them from turning yellow? I have placed order for chocolate fountain for my girl's party next saturday and i need to get ready the fruits for dipping.

Wow, you all are really into bb classes. I'm too busy to bring Enya to any.

FTWM dun really have time for personal treats except for taking leave. But there are also limited no. of days we have. So we just hv to make use of lunch time to go shopping. I always go for 20min massage with my colleague during lunch time. Really dun hv time for 1-2hrs spa although I'm dying for one.
As for exercise and weight loss program, that will be doing housework and take care of bb full day during weekends. Taking care of Enya for just 1 morning really tired me out. So save lots of money. No need to go for those program.

petite, I'm shock and super shocked!!!!!!! if you make a police report that will create a scar in yr marriage. I would suggest that you and your hb go for marriage / family counsellor. They may help yr hb to understand that the little one is innocent.

oh gosh. Hmmm... not sure of the situation. But if me, I would make sure he doesn't touch the baby till he cools down. I would tell him that I am bringing my baby to somewhere and he calls me if he thinks he has cooled down.
Going to make a police report, may not be very good unless he always does this.

FTWM seems to have such a large sacrifice in her personal life huh? I got a friend who is pregnant with the 2nd one now and she is working and she is feeling very depressed that the second one comes as she cannot perform her best at work. She also complains that she has no quality time for herself now with the second one coming along.
Think, this is something which I am a bit scared of; if to have a second one.

I was telling my hub tt couple time is still very impt so we normally try to hv some time alone by gg jogging together & also, we will take a slow walk home after me working nights ...it has also been a while since we went out shopping or watch movie..& honestly, we will feel guilty if we did that w/o having Ivec around....so holidays r definitely out for us!

what's your intention of making a police report? I think better to settle this amicably. If he's generally aggressive, encourage him to go for stress/anger management counselling. You din mention if he's always like that, outburst after a quarrel....

Guess from your description of Shichida program, it somehow sounds similar to GD. Both using flashcards. I agree with Hunniepot on the part of mastering the techniques only if I were to enrolled Reanne for use at home to teach. But gosh, it seems pricey for juz one lesson per week.

Dun worry about Amanda looking like a boy. Few mths ago still got pple ask me Enya is a girl or boy. There is a chinese saying Nu Ta Shi Ba Bian (hope I got it right). Looking at her features, Amanda is going to be a pretty girl when she grows up.

I guess these are the sacrifices we have to make but I do not regret having Enya. On the other hand, I think I love her more. I also starts to understand how my parents loved me and worried for me. Being a mother really changed me to be a more responsible and patient person. Talking about having 2nd bb. The thot of it really scares me. I told my hb that I'm not mentally prepared for no. 2. So we might have to wait for another 1-2 yrs then decide.

Yesterday we brought Enya to the trial class. We had lots of fun. I think Enya enjoyed herself too. But it is really tiring for me. I guess I have not been exercising for a long time. Now I'm aching all over.

good thing you identified us.
I wasn't paying attention to the other kids/parents. So many pple! Like a marketplace, but the co-ordinator was good - I like her class management. But not impressed with the equipment and program. YY simply enjoys playing...makes no difference if we are dancing/swinging at home or in a setting like Gymboree. She gets excited very easily. I hope she'll not turn out hyper. *headache*

Everyone also said Jas looked like a boy initially. All the little boys and girls who saw her called her "DI DI"! It is only recently when her hair is longer then she looked more girl girl heeee.. Brought Amanda to globetrotters on sat night.. and I allowed her to self feed on chicken patties.. and as usual.. more than half the food ended up on the floor.. and even kids who walked past our table.. made comments like: What a mess!

We used the small round biscuits (those small ones... dunno call what) and gave XT. XT would put in her hand and then crushed it and the crumps dropped on the floor and then she would pick up the crumbs to play and not place in her mouth.
We tried to put one in her mouth and she would chew half and then split it out.
Dunno if tix is good or bad.
My mom was telling me that at least she doesn't place anything into her mouth just like that. =p
But gave her handphone/phone/remote control, she would place them into her mouth.

Thanks.. I think the principal Joycelyn Khoo is definitely a much better speaker and salesperson. Her seminar was very lively and interesting. Anyway, the PEC will be conducted by her.

But duno wat happened... these few days, he wants milk at 12-1am. He rejects water and his pacifier, but when i made milk, he drank it as though he is very hungry. He will drink and go back to sleep. I have already given him 100% Gain IQ. Hmmm... I am also wondering, why there's a change in his sleep/feed pattern. Dun think the milk u mentioned (for 6mths babies) affect the changing pattern.. Must be some other reasons which i still havent found a solution.

Have been busy lately with work and my boy. Losing the thread soon oso.
Walking
My boy oso hasnt started walking on his own. He can walk quite well with support, once I tried to let go, he will go back to crawling. My mum said the time is not up. They themselves will know so must enjoy this phase (crawling) cos once they started walking, we, mums, will be even more tiring. Have to chase them.
Have good news. Went for check during the early week of april, n my gynae said, most likely, my baby is a girl. Crossing my fingers. If its a girl, I can close shop liao.
Tiffany, it happened to my boy oso. He has been up around 1plus and will cry for milk. Once we have fed him, he will go to sleep (not so sure its due to growth spurt or the teeting). My boy has been quite sticky to me. He wants to sleep on top of me and wanting me to hug and pat him. Then he kan wan sleep peacefully, if not, he will make lotsa of noises. So he have been lying down on top of me since friday' nite. My hubby said, want attention, no need to behave like tat (cos most ppl said that they know that there's a bb coming soon so they will b quite sticky)

My boy has been quite sticky to me. He wants to sleep on top of me and wanting me to hug and pat him. Then he kan wan sleep peacefully, if not, he will make lotsa of noises. So he have been lying down on top of me since friday' nite. My hubby said, want attention, no need to behave like tat (cos most ppl said that they know that there's a bb coming soon so they will b quite sticky)
Petite, perhaps u may want to sit down n talk to your hubby w/o making report. Maybe, he did it w/o knowing it.

I've tix PTM whom I would say, did very well two yrs ago. Then suddenly decided to quit becoz got to take care of family. Then I tried a few PTMs before she told me she's available yet again. And so took her in again and tix time, she's going to play me out yet again and the reason to give is becoz she wants to try baby sitting???
